I said no to a 3 Musketeers offered to me by a woman I had just went to the store to buy several for. They got all the way to her, and not a SINGLE ONE went to me!

I wish I had said no to that binge last night though, grrrr.

Default What did I refuse today?

I refused to eat another high calorie meal. I ate a lot at lunch, usually most of my calories are at dinnertime... so I just had some butternut squash for dinner.

I said NO to Caribou today -- I was totally craving one, and I said no! Good job Julie!

Today I said no to throwing the rest of the day away, even though I binged AGAIN last night. I WILL eat correctly for the rest of the day, even if my total is over.

Very cool thread! Today I said no to cookies that were sitting on my kitchen counter. I have roommates and its so hard sometimes with the crap they have around! I also said no to Andes mint candies in the freezer... I thought about having one (about 50 cals) but I know that I wouldn't stop at just one! SO I SAID NO! Haha yes!

I am saying no to Sushi Salad for lunch. According to my calculations, I can't eat lunch until three, and if I eat the Sushi, I won't be able to eat again until six. I would prefer to eat something lower calorie for lunch, and be able to snack at five.

A quarter pounder meal from McDonalds. I got a hamburger happy meal instead, which I know isn't great, but a little better nonetheless.

I said no to using the usual 5 packs of sugar. I wanted to say no to any sugar, but, I was out of splenda, and can't stand the other artificial sweetners.

I was so tempted to binge on peanut butter today, but instead I ate blueberries like crazy! ( about a half a cup) It felt like I was binging , but I wasn't. That worked for me.
