I am one SORE dead woman!! SEVEN miles for me last night. Dang I'm way out of shape. But the Relay for Life was good. Next year told my sisters and mom....if I'm going to walk THAT much I'm going to walk for a cause (besides my mom that is).

i had a total of 4 for sat. and sun. and already have 4.5 for monday morning and plan on doing 1 hr. of water aerobics this afternoon, but will post that after it happens, you can't tell what with pop up summer storms. so i am posting a total of 8.5 as of right now.

because of the rain we got in 30 min. of a water aerobics class for 1.5 miles and i got in a 20 min strength training session and 3/4 mile walk this morning for 1.75 miles so a total of 3.25 miles

I have got to remember to post my miles! 2 mile walks every day (I've been good!) Dancing, more walking, pilates, manual labor,etc. for the last 10 days = 30
