Me too.

I have lost 5.2 pounds in May, which was my first full month on Atkins. Now I know the second month will be slower, but I want to be optimistic plus I want so badly to be in 130s, so I will shoot for 5 pounds.

I'm in, but I am trying to be more realistic with my goals so I'm going to go for 8.5 pounds for this challenge, especially since my body lately DOES NOT like giving up the pounds!

Lori I know that feeling! I have been bouncing between 204 and 205 for the last month. Quite sickening to say the least, but this cycle is bound to break sooner or later right?

Better late than never, right? After failing my last 2 challenges (ok, so I got weak and ate everything I could get my hands on... as long as it wasn't low carb) I swore I wouldn't be lured into another one. Yet... I LOVED it when I made goal sooo... Count me in. I've done a LOT of damage in the past 3 months so My lowest so far has been 172. I want 169.

Finally my scale is being nice to me again. I've lost 1.5 pounds after nothing for 4.5 weeks!!! I'm so excited!!!!! Woooooooo!!!!!!!!!
