    Who wants to join me??? We have 5 weeks to lose and at even a 1 pound a week loss we will be closer to goal than we are now So my goal is to hit 155...Whats yours????

    June 2nd- 158.2 -1.5
    June 9th- 158 -.5
    June 16th- 157 -1 ( 2 pounds and 2 weeks left)
    June 23rd-156.2 -.75 (almost there!!!! )
    June 30th-154.75 -1.50 ( I did it) (I did it)
  • I'm not in TOPS, but I'd love to join in on this challenge. I'll say my goal is to hit 224, which should be a total weight loss of 8 lbs but July 4th. This'll put me under a new bracket on WW, so I'm hoping I make it!

    May 311 3/4 lb gain. Starting this off real good.
  • My goal is to lose 3.50 lbs by July 1st. We have an incentive at our chapter and I need to lose that much to be a winner in it.

    June 03...+2.25 I couldn't believe it. I've got to work harder this week.

    June 17...+2.50
    June 24..-4.00 I have 2.25 lbs to go to lose my 3.50 lbs by next week.
    July 1st..-1.75 lbs. I missed my goal by .50 lbs. It cost me $6.00 Oh well........I'll keep trying.

  • I never seem to do good at these but I will join in. My goal is to lose 1/2# a week. Those 1/2# do add up. I have had no gains since March17. But they have mostly been small losses and that is fine with me


    June 2nd- -1/2# I had hoped for more but a loss is a loss
    June 9th- -3.50# I was very pleased with my loss
    June 16th- -1/4# small but I am happy to have it
    June 23rd- -1/4# another small one but that's ok as I thought I was going to have a gain
    June 30th- turtle This was a disappointment but I did good for the month
    My goal was to lose 1/2# a week which would have been 2 1/2#. I ended up losing 4 1/2# so I am very happy with that.
  • Count me in on the challenge. I will have 5 weigh ins in June so I'm going for 8 pounds. That is less than 2 per week. I'd like to be down into my 70's. Go girls go!!!!! It would be nice to put all your weigh in loss'es here on this thread. Just do an edit and put it in. Belle

    June 2nd-I lost 1/2 pound....I'm behind already!!!
    June 9th-I lost 2 1/2 this week, so now only 1 pound in the hole.
    June 16th-I lost 2 .25 Pounds last night at weigh in. ~~~Yahoo~~~
    2 more weigh in's and I only like 2 3/4 pounds reaching my goal of 8 pounds. Man I started slow!!
    June 23-I lost 1.75 this past week. One pound next week and I've met my goal of 8 pounds for this challenge

  • Hello...
    Remember me? I have been gone for so long, and it shows! It has been so hectic at my house for a while. Illness in the family, some we are caregivers for, getting ready for graduation, then graduation...and the long weekend.
    Our oldest grandson graduated last Friday. Long weekend at the lake with lots of company...
    But now I hope things will slow down so I can get back to taking care of me! I am way out of leaway...So I am up for the challenge.
    My pledge if to lose at least 1 # per week. I have not been to a meeting in awhile. Seemed to out of town on meeting night. (Not by choice!) But i will be here on meeting night if at all possible and attend meetings. That is a big help to me.

    June 30----- I have met my goal with 1 1/2 over, making a net loss for the challenge of 6 1/2 #'s. Hope you are all doing good!!!

    I need to go back and do a lot of reading, but don't have the time, I just hope that you all are doing well, staying happy, and remember that even if I don't check in often, you are still in my thoughts! I will try to do better about posting more often, now that things have slowed down some.

  • Im in!! I really need to get on the ball this month! Im pretty sure Im going to have a gain tonight, but Ill still place my over-all goal at a 5 pound loss for this month...just making it out of the 270s would be great!

    I had about a five day derailment, but I'm back in the groove and plan on losing at LEAST a pound a week. I had five days off from work and unfortunately treated it like a mini vacation and ATE as such. Waggles finger at self. I'm back and I'm IN! Thanks TOPS!

  • I'd like to be in on this weight loss by July 4 as well. I am aimng for 6 pounds which would put me at 167. I have not seen 160's in ages. I think I gained this week but I am pretty sure it is water retention from PMS. Good luck everyone I will be checking back often.

    Hello... Had my weigh in last night... lost the # I gained plus a quarter, every little bit helps...there is no weigh in on july 4 but will weigh myself at home that day, the scales match fairly closely....I leave for Lake George NY on sat .. celebrating my 57th bd on friday.. .busy week.. everyone keep up the good work.. t alk soon...
