Ohhh!!! Head games! Ya know. I'm normally not a complicated person. I don't sit and try and figure myself out. I should pay someone to do that cuz I can never do it. So these times of enlightenment are WEIRD.
I definitely need to remember that if I DON'T keep doing what I'm doing and slack off then I WON'T be in the shape I'm in. Or even in the shape I truly would like to be. My dream of getting my bellybutton pierced is off unless the belly is GONE. So maybe the head game is....do I REALLY want it done (oh the PAIN of it!) so if I don't lose the weight it's an excuse for me not to HAVE to get it done. Oh man that's just too heavy and deep for me to understand.
There's truth in that statement somewhere I'm sure. lol
