Hey, Star! Thanks for asking. I am back!! I took a mini-vacation to visit some friends, which was so wonderful! I actually got to spend some quality time with them instead of a few hours like usual. I left on Tuesday and got back this morning (2:30 a.m. -- yuck!). So, I am trying to catch up on everything, and of course, this board is a very important thing to check up on.
I actually did fairly well eating wise on the trip. I did splurge on a Boston cream pie cake that a friend made. It was good, but not as good as I thought it would be. And, I had a planned splurge for an early birthday dinner. Most people would probably choose a nice restaurant for their birthday dinner, but not me! My dad said I could go anywhere, but I absolutely love Sonic! So, my birthday dinner consisted of a grilled cheese sandwich, tater tots with cheese, a diet cherry limeade and a coconut cream pie shake, and it was delicious. I planned it. I ate it. I'm back on track. I'm impressed I can do that, but apparently, I can! I guess I'll see the damage tonight when I weigh-in... it could be scary!
I missed all of you guys! I wondered how you all were doing. I even told my friends about the site and how wonderful you all are!
So, no more MIA for me. I should be around as usual. Hope you all are doing well!!

You should be proud of yourself! Especially when you plan a off day and stick with it.. then back to plan! Good for you!!
