I had a subway wrap today, too! I love those things! But I don't think the Atkins approved versions have enought veggies, so I make up my own.

Hi all! Just dropping in for a second before I start dinner.

I told you all yesterday that I joined Naturally Women fitness club. Well, I went for my first time today and found that instead of developing a workout plan for me (what machines, how much weight, how many reps/sets, etc.) it was just more of the same bullsh** I heard when I signed up. I told the lady what it was I wanted and she told me that they don't really "do that," but for $50.00 I could pay for an hour with the personal trainer and SHE would do it. Idiot me, lacking enough caffeine in my sytem at 5:30 a.m. to make any sane decisions, blindly handed over my credit card and made an appointment for tomorrow morning. Then, I came home, read all the information, and found that it does say I'm entitled to a FREE hour of consultation during which they're supposed to develop a plan for me, teach me how to use the machines, etc.

Ladies.....I'm ready to hunt bear! I'm past the point of caring what others think. I am so sick of being told one thing and having another happen, then sitting back quietly so as not to make waves. So...I'm walking in there tomorrow and demanding that they do what I want and credit my card with $50.00 PRONTO!!!!! Hey, I've go no problem whatsoever calling their corporate offices. I'm a woman on the edge. I'm a woman on a mission. I'm a woman with a butt hanging down 3 inches below where it did last year. Hear me ROAR!!!!!

spedmom--congrats on standing up for what's right!!! i can't believe they'd pull that junk. but you know, most people probably don't read their contracts so they DO get the extras out of them. Wonder what would happen if a poster or something should appear about them? lol

It is sooo sad but that is the typical gym thing, they are always trying to sucker you outta more money. I hate that!!!

Jina: you watch the bachlorette?? I just haven't been able to do that one ALTHOUGH like a big dork I got suckered into "the littlest bachlor" It was a riot!! I am back on Survivor too since they are having the all stars....although I am sad cause they already voted off Rudy and he is my FAV. and Kentucky Joe didn't come back, that yucky flabby dang Richard always has to be naked!!! YUCK!! I am a huge fan of The Surreal Life on The WB, love it can't miss it and Ron Jeremy the porn star is the coolest guy...I would've never thought??!! And then last but not least "America's Top Model" Love it but dang could they get rid of Camille already she is sooooo wierd!

***Theo'sgirl reality TV line up for you all!!! LOL!!!

Well ladies i was on my way to the gym when DH called and was on the side of the freeway, his timing belt broke in his car....DAMMIT! But luckily he can fix it himself and it only costs 17.00 for the belt. BUT he will have my car at night until he can fix it on Sunday....so my gym schedule is all messed up.

Thanks for the #2 advice ladies I think I will stop by Starbucks next time I need help in that area!! Star what is good to order that won't mess up my WOE to much???

Paula: You go, girl! I'm bad about standing up to people, but sometimes you just gotta do it.

Star: I add veggies to my wrap, too. I'm in love with cucumbers in it! The Subway people are trained well, though. Every time I say I want to add another vegetable, they say: "This will change your carb count." I have to keep saying OK until I get all the veggies on there I want. At least they're somewhat educated.

Brenda: Yes, I know it's pathetic to whine about the cold when it's barely going to dip into the 30s tonight, but dang, it's cold!!!

TG: Yes, I got hooked on "The Bachelor/Bachelorette" awhile ago, and I can't stop watching it. It's pretty cheesey, but I can't help myself! I actually watched part of "The Littlest Bachelor," too. I was passing time until I went to DH's softball game, and I couldn't believe what I had found on TV! What's next???

Take care, ladies!!
