changing my weight. it went back up the only thing I can think is gaining muscle I do work out 6 days a week. I hope that is the reason I have been doing everything I am supposed to except that one day.

finally the pounds are coming off. I was starting to wonder if Atkins was going to work for me. I am starting my 4th week today, and it was just last week that the pounds started to fall off. My neighbor is down 25 lbs. but now her weight loss has slowed as mine is picking up. Guess this lifestyle works differently for different people.

Default Easter Challenge
I am joining the challenge, started Atkins 01/05/04, but was misguided for Jan/Feb. I didn't understand the importance of counting the carbs. I have learned my lesson, so my real start is 03/02/04. I have lost 5 pounds so far.
I am making my Easter Challenge a total of 21 pounds.

Hope you don't mind if I join. I just restarted Atkins this week. As I have lost nothing in my first week and only have 4.5 weeks for the challenge, I am going to set a modest goal of 1.5 per week or about 7 lbs.

I'm in!! My Easter Challenge is to lose my first 10% of fat forever!!! Today I weighed in at 244. By Easter, my goal is to be 220 (or less!!! ) I start Atkins today and I am really excited.

I tell you! I must be having a huge brain malfunction. I was looking at my total lost and it just wasn't adding up... weights said I'd lost 6 pounds but there was only 2 pounds by my name...anyway, I believe I've got it straight now...will somone please just double check the total on the next update.
