I have managed to up my water intake by another 8ozs that now makes it 32ozs a day. I don"t know if I'll be able to make it to 64ozs like so many others. I am following ww and Thur will be my weigh in (fingers crossed for and loss)

I am new to Atkins I started with my neighbor last Monday. I was hoping I could join the challenge and maybe log my equator trek miles here too. we also joined a gym. She doesn't have the internet though. Well here is some info, I am 30 yrs old married with 3 kids aging from 4-9. I am a server at Chili's 4 nights a week. I have talked to Theogirl previously and she recomended that I post here. I need the support.
