You folks are cruising along toward your goals! I'd like to join in as well. I took a vacation from low-carb for a couple of weeks. Not completely, but I wasn't keeping my count down daily. I'm back strong now, but it's unlikely I'll make my valentine's day challenge goal, so a new challenge for a new start is just what I need. I'll set a goal for 15 pounds from today for this challenge. That would put me at 178. Here's the updated list:
