Official weigh in- always first thing in the morning, as nekid as the day I was born, lowest weight the scale will give me, but I only weigh step on the scale once -I'll have to try that scale aerobics thing (step on and off until you get what you want)
I will weigh at night, sometimes, just before bed to see how much I lose overnight. It has been as much as 5 pounds. ( I retain fluids big time, but not nearly as much as before Atkins)
