I'm very excited to do this with a support group. That's the one thing I miss about Weight Watchers. I am also happy to see that this isn't a group of 125 pounders with just a few to lose. Good luck to us all!

Thanksgiving Goal-177
I have been so off track this past week, I gained 2lbs. Could be worse. I went out to eat last Thursday and have been eating sweets since. My calories arent that bad, but I still gained. Maybe this will help me break thru that plateau I've been stuck at. Monday morning, back on track. Not going NEAR that scale til next Monday. Hope everyone had a better week.

Barb, when I tend to go off plan for a day, I NEVER get back on the scale until the following week beause I know I will be dissapointed. Usually the following week for me now is a 2 lbs loss
Leens, I sure hope so. I also just stopped taking my BCPs which the Atkins book says can stall weight loss. I used to be on WeightWatchers, I am going to try and combine the 2 this week. Eat low carb and count it as points. We'll see how it goes. I put the scale in the closet so it doesnt drive me insane!.
Barb, 2 years ago I was doing Low Carb WW and did wonderful at it. I was keeping my carbs unde 100 and my calories between 1200 - 1400 at max. I did good but the problem was it didn't last long, even that many carbs drove me insane and I wound up binging.
But I would recommend it to anyone that can follow WW. WW is an excellent plan
Still no loss but I did start walking last night. I also walked for 30 minutes on lunch break. My goal is to walk after work with my dog and for half of my lunch break. Hopefully this will start my weight loss again.
