I've been on the Atkins for 3 years, 4 months and lost 65 pounds right away, gained back 20 this year due to taking care of a family member (stress of "them" not liking me on the diet losing weight succeding, nor being fat.) So welcome! I've been here a week and have lost 6 pounds with this support and the motivation is outstanding! Motivation thrives here! Barbie

It's been a very long day for me, and I've just not wanted to do much of anything.
I've stayed on the atkins plan as close as I could but I know I'm over on the carbs.
Got outside today and did rake the pine needles and leaves.

Sorry you had such a rough day CeeJay. I hope Sunday's better for you. I felt really close to a binge last night and was worried about today, so I stayed out of the house until about 6:00. Took DD and a friend out for lunch and ran various other errands. Feeling a bit stronger now.
I've lost another 2 pounds, (maybe 3, but I won't call it until tomorrow. Weighing daily, I have to follow my 2-day rule to call it official) I'm so close to onederland and so excited!
