Daily Accountability
Hi Everyone!
I find that a "check in" on the forums of what I've eaten for the day (or plan on eating) really helps me keep on track. If you don't mind, I decided to start an accountability thread.
Wednesday, September 28th:
B: Turkey sausage and scrambled eggs, coffee with sugar free vanilla torani syrup
S: Celery and ranch dip
L: 2oz boiled ham (lunchmeat), 2 cups of salad with 1 tsp. of that ranch dip as dressing, 1 mozz. stick
S: Coffee with one splenda and 10 almonds
D: Subway buffalo chicken salad
S: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 wedge of laughing cow swiss cheese
diet coke with sugar free vanilla syrup

I am glad you are posting what you are eating. It gives me ideas on what to eat. I had started doing the attack phase of Dukan diet yesterday and did really good until I got home. I was so hungry. Tried eating some SF/FF yogurt with oat bran and splenda but did not do it for me. I had cooked chicken in the crockpot for the family but was not interested. I did eat about 1/4 cup of chicken. So I broke down and ate some blueberry bread and a piece of pizza. But...I was down 2.5 pounds this morning so go figure.
B - boiled egg
S- FF/SF yogurt
L - chicken strips from either Chick Filet or Zaxbys
S - ham and laughing cow rollups
D - not sure yet
