Way to go everyone. I am down 3.5 lbs. for the challenge....need to step it up a notch.

I'm glad to see you back down in weight. Do you ever wear a pedometer? Too bad Fitday doesn't have a catagory for walkers that reach 10,000 steps a day. (Or do they?)

I have 5 pounds left to lose, which might not seem like a lot, but I'm worried. Really worried, in fact. I usually plan on .5 pounds loss a week, so I would have to double up my efforts. A friend of mine had an emotional crisis last night which meant I was up until 6:00 am this morning, and I still have 30 or so pages to write before Friday. And then more studying. And then I have the LSAT's. Grrr. Sorry for complaining to y'all, but I'm writing about my stresses rather than eating them 

In my case stubbornness! My DH always says I'm like a bulldog with a bone who won't let go of it.

P.S. Maybe you need to detox for a day to rid your body of salt.
