Yes, it's possible to lose 6 pounds by Valentine's day but you're really going to have to watch it and exercise. We have 31 days left counting today, divide that by 6 pounds and you have to lose 0.19 pound a day or 1.3 pounds a week. Can you do it? We'll try to keep you motivated.
