Incuding sleeping makes less than 100 calorie difference (lower) BUT it doesn't give any activity calories. This is why I use sedentary. I'm not, therefore, my calories burned in all probabilty are going to be higher than what fitday says and that goes into the unaccounted deficit department.
Also, remember that even the fitday calculator is just an estimate so don't invest all your confidence in it. Your deficit/surplus may be actually different but in time you will figure out how close to fitday you really are and you'll do so by the weight you've lost versus what you've eaten (accounting for salts, etc).
Okay, here goes...prior to yesterday my average deficit was 600. Yesterday it was a surplus of 500!!!

I'm just gonna hold my head high and keep moving forward. Hopefully that munchie mountain is in my past this month.
