How is everyone's day going? Mine is going okay. I did not get my workout in early this morning but I did get it in before noon... just did not want to drag my butt out of bed.
I have found when using the calendar view on FitDay (pc) that it not only can calculate your daily deficits it also gives you a weeks end dailly average. My deficits are HUGE. I know it's because I have so much to lose but geez they are HUGE

Last week my dialy averages were around 1570 with ranges from about 1200 to as much as 2000. I suppose when I get to a normal weight I'll have normal deficits. This explains my loss of 4 lbs. last week, huh? I added up my deficits for the week and divided them by 3500 and the answer was pretty close. It gave me 3.15 so it was off by .85 that's pretty close. I don't log in each and every activity, only exercise, Interesting!
Some days I don't get enough calories in but it's getting better.
