@Sweet, sontaikle, etc.

I suppose I'm so touchy about it because I was sitting around 140 before I spent a month at home. Now I'm estimating 145 to 147. I haven't even checked the scale, if I see I haven't even made a slight dent I'll be disappointed so I've just gotta keep hoping I don't screw up and gain everything back like last time. Several years ago, I weighed 130 and then I shot back up to 181 so slacking off is my biggest fear right now. I'm so much more active when it's not crappy out, I hate going out in all the snow.

That's good but like I said, my company ordered the food and I had never eaten anything from Panera before so I never saw any calorie info. It looked healthy, everyone was eating, I was starving, I had work to do, so I just walked over, grabbed a sammich, and inhaled too many calories. =/ I'm glad to know there's a calorie count in the actual restaurant though, if I ever go in personally I'll know to check it out so thanks! I'm also glad that you can apparently get food that is more reasonable than that so I can give them another chance.

Yeah. All those yummy noodle dishes at Thai Express are well over 1,000 cals.

Just remember that it takes 3500 calories to make a lb. So one little day of Panera won't really hinder you in the long run.

Omg I love panera bread. I only eat half a sandwich when I go though. 1600 calories doesn't sound too bad, though. If I over eat I punish myself with a little extra exercise. It's not snowing here but I am a weinie when it's cold, I also get red and itchy running/walking in the cold. My family laughs at me cause I will walk around the house for 20-30 mins, from the kitchen to the living room.

Thanks! It was/is more of a New Years thing though. I started the new year with a fast. It lasted two days and then I began eating like normal again. To think I'd messed up so fast just kind of stung.

I just have to say, though, that I love your avatar!

Just let this be a lesson to look up calorie info beforehand Panera is pretty awesome and you can get a filling, low-calorie meal there. It used to be the hangout joint for my friends and I before we started going to Chipotle (another place where there are healthy options but you have to be careful!)

lovedancelive, I just want you to know I went to Panera yesterday for coffee and I gave the evil eye to the calorie counts on the menu for you.
