I wasn't going to start this thread because my only plan is to not gain any weight no matter what. But that is still a goal. So what's everyone else's December goal?
My December goal is to be down to 260.I am going to try something new this month to try to keep me on track.I am going to make my meals up ahead of time for the day or week.I am hoping that it will help me stay on track.I also will like to walk at least 10,000 a day.
An extension of my November goals, which I've made progress on but haven't completed. I may not complete these in December either, but I'd like to continue making progress.
By the end of December, I'd like to...
1) Track calories daily
2) Exercise regularly
3) Stop binging
4) Maintain a clean/uncluttered home
I still can't get over the fact that I'm losing only 3-4 pounds a month after 4 months. No big wooosh for me. So my goal is to keep plugging away. My current weight is 193.something and of course I'd like to see the 180s soon.
I was stuck on location yesterday with a crew and totally over ate. By 700 calories of junk. Now I am swollen and puffy and I weighed 168 on the scale this morning. 168 is my "Oh No! What are you doing?" weight. So its back on plan and eating clean for me.
