December Goals

  • 164 on the scale for me this morning. Not too bad. I hope everyone has a great day.
  • Want to be 162 by the end of the month but will settle for not gaining. Want to do 1300 cals/day but will settle for 1600.
  • Great... eat plenty of Free Foods like celery so you feel full.
  • I would like to weigh 10 pounds less by 11:59 PM 12/31/12 in any time zone.
  • 164 yesterday and 166 today. I know its just water but
    It a weird way its nice to be up a little on the scale. Today we are having Christmas with hubby's family and being this puffy will make me extra mindful of what I put in my mouth. I hope everyone has a great day.
  • I would like to lose 5 pounds.

    I would like to lose 12 pounds! LOL....However, I would be happy with 5. We'll see. I was a bit off track this past month. Not with diet but with macros and it really messed me up. Anyway, onward.
  • My goal is to be 200 pounds by Christmas. My second goal is to keep up the momentum with which I started this journey. Now that I am thisclose to having lost 30 pounds, I think I am losing my fire. Just a little.

    How is everyone else doing? I have kept all of my goals so far this month and will be glad when the holidays are over and things get back to normal.

    bg124~I have made it to the super skinny 16s but due to bloat I put them up. lol The time will be right by 2013 I'm certain. Funny the super skinny ones fit and the other regular skinny ones are still too small. lol

  • My goals are:

    To get out of the 220's . . and into the teens, even if its 219, by December 31 . . . . and to figure out which app to track calories and carbs, and to start daily tracking.
  • 167.5 this morning. Still doing good with the number of calories but had way too much salt yesterday.
