4star it's a huge thing in my family, because they are all TINY, and old school russian. in a sense that, russia, geographically has a huge gender disparity due to 1. illness, and 2. drugs/alchoholism, last i was there it was 62/38 f/m.. which means that women have to always be tiny, well groomed, immaculate, pretty, etc. while this obviously does not apply to canada, this is something that has carried on- ever notice that russian women look like strippers? ya that's normal. you know your sales girl working at the deli in NYC in sneakers and some cutoffs? in mother russia that deli girl is wearing a coctail dress, 6 inch stilletos and a hair net. (not exaggerating lol).
toobig (aka TOOSMALL!!!!) lol it sometimes makes me feel better (Temporarily, in the long run, not at all), like i've been SUPER clean this week, not REALLY tracking calories except for a very general range in my head, and it's been good- because i know that i will be having a BEAUTIFUL cake on friday, and some...beverages. that will also be limited by the fact that i am a) going to the studio early saturday morning, and then b) to the beach right after that. MUST LOOK GOOD IN NEW BIKINI. hhahaha
note: do you notice, how 3 days of clean eating affects my mood? call me your 3fc lab rat, but i believe this happens to all of us. this is the result not of pre/post pms, but rather no wheat (Except for 1/2c oatmeal every morning). limited dairy (i did have a little cheese yesterday), and proper exercise.
jossfit i was actually thinking about that as well, i would ONCE DAY like to enter a fitness competition - maybe, deffinately a yoga competition. you do figure stuff right? how did you get into that?
