1500 calories a day is good. I lost 1 pound a week eating that.
But when I started to exercize I had to up the calories because I got weak and very hungry.

It is very helpful to me. It tells me how many calories I burn doing my exercize.
I don't exercize to lose weight. I do it to strengthen my leg muscles. I had a knee injury.
With the exercize I do now, I eat almost 1700 calories a day. And I still lose 1 pound a week.
Slow, I know, but it is still 50 pounds a year.
