I've been on plan, but I've been forgetting to post!

B - open-faced egg & cheese sandwich
L - broiled chicken, peppers, onions, 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese - all on reduced carb tortilla; 1/2 mango
D - broiled chicken, peppers, onions, 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese - all on reduced carb tortilla (tasted so good that I wanted it for dinner, too!). A small baked potato w/ 1 tbsp sour cream & 1/2 tbsp butter; broiled summer squash
After dinner (what I plan to have tonight) - 2 espressos w/ 1 tsp Sambucca in each

Total calories for the day - Just under 1200 (I normally do not go this low, but I'm still making up for a 2200 calorie day on Monday)
