Did a little better (well, more on track) today. Tomorrow going to brunch at a delicious jewish delicatasen where I know I'm going to get something DELICIOUS and full of calories, so tried to do a little better today as prep. Went to a great nacho/fries/all around naughty mexican place tonight with friends and while they enjoyed their nachos I had a grilled chicken salad, no dressing. But hey, I had chicken parm. pasta last night. Can't party every day. Anyways! Here's my cals today.

B: 1/2c old fashioned oats, 1 tbsp teddie pnt btr., .7 scoop Jay robb protein pwdr, 1/3c skim milk (356 cals)
L: 3c steamed brocolli, 1c lentils, small banana, 1c yogurt plain, dark chocolate lover's chocolate (mmmm) (780 cals)
D: 6 oz grilled chicken, 1/2c red grapes, 1/2c tangerine, 1slice ezekial bread, 1tbsp peanut butter. (545 cals)

Ran four miles today at a good pace.

now sleep!

I DID IT, i stuck to the 500 calories the best i ever had for once . YAY.

Today:
1 x porridge with water-100
1 x protein shake-100
1x twister-70 cals
100gms rice-120 cals
2 x large teas at starbucks-100 cals

2 x pieces of chewing gum
2 x small cups of tea

Exercise-15 mins bike

So today was hard for me because i have noticed that when hungover my will power and ability to say No, is very low. Tomorrow i am having a house party and i dont plan on drinking until after we hit the club . I also want to go to an event on saturday day so i probably wont drink that much,

Minor non scale victory of sorts today, had the munchies big time today and i was beginning to munch on cereal, my reaction to this was to simply throw out the cereal, not buy food and drink as much sugar free cherry ade as i felt like. Still not great but you have to splurge on something when tipsy!

It was a very stressful day, and yet I didn't have the pangs to stress eat. I feel very balanced and in control. But again I am under calories. Even though I didn't work out much today, I know that I need to consume more calories that that. Maybe I can sneak in another bowl of Gazpacho before the night's end.

I hope everyone had a good day today!
