Hello all!
Took a break from CC'ing when I got home from deployment. I found that it's SOOO MUCH HARDER to CC when I'm home and there is yummy food plus alcohol! AHH! I'm up about 2lbs which isn't bad being home for a month. I pledge today to track what I've eaten here for 21 days so I can create a new habit of CC'ing again. I'm going to track 1200 cals eating and 500 cals working out until I reach 140. Then I will slow down to a 1lb loss to 135 and maintain there :). This is what I've had so far: 3/4 cup oatmeal: 225 1/2 cup pineapple: 50 creamer: 30 planned lunch: rotisserie chicken: 120 carrots: 30 2x small apples: 90 greek yogurt: 90 snack: snackwells bar: 140 chicken and stars soup: 70 total: 850, leaving 350 for dinner :) I plan to run 3 miles today and do Jillians 30 day shred. Have a great day all!! |

I haven't updated my cals here in awhile!! But I am still keeping track in my journal. I have family visiting so it's been super hard to get on the computer and update ;) I have been staying around 1000-1500 cals and I survived Halloween! I just had 1 piece of candy the entire month of October. Go me!

I have been really bad lately. I was doing so good for once and lost it and been binging since Halloween. I am pretty discouraged right now... I know I gained a lot and am afraid to weigh-in tomorrow, I am going to do much better this week and posting again tomorrow. I just need to figure out tonight my plan of action. I really have a hard time figuring out how much calories to choose to eat. I want to do this pretty gradual ( 1 lb a week is great) so I do not gain it back. So hard to choose :dizzy:
