My calories yesterday were 1733. My Fitday log link is to the left. Yesterday was my highest calorie day yet. I swam/treaded water at the pool yesterday for about an hour and felt famished when we got home around dinner time. I am "allowed" 1793 calories a day. Today will be on the low end again.

E- 1/2 hr medium intensity workout on treadmill and upper body weight lifting (10 pushups too, yay me!)
L- cheese and crackers, veggie soup (450)

D- fresh zucchini, cheese, pita chips (300)

Parents are away!! I didnt get to do the exercise i planned today, so a bit pissed off right now,grr. How and ever..
Diet for today:
1 porridge with milk and sweetener-100
1 porridge with just water-100
1 protein shake with milk-need to watch the amount of milk im putting in-100

Picked at 2 chocolate bars
1 x protein bar-400
5 x qourn sausages-300
1 cup of tea
1 can of monster-40
Total 1040

So slightly over, a bit grr about that tbh. I did stick to my plan really well today and i didnt go mad about buying food now that the parents are away. I noticed that the scale is nearing 70 kg, so that is something.

Going out dancing tonight, cant wait till im able to wear other clothes apart from my disguise the fat uniform. Also, i am getting a lot healthier, i've cut down on the caffine and made sure i get my 8 glasses of water a day.

Have a night out tonight which im not drinking, i might drink tomorrow night though, that may require clearing out all the cupboards in advance tho....
Excersie:
some weights
30 mins arm bike
some walking
10 mins cycling
My muscles are still very sore from this weeks training =/

Wanted to exercise today but felt so painfully soar from the previous workout...I'm definitely going to tomorrow. That's for sure!

Had to dash out the house first thing this AM to run errands. Didn't get a chance to grab breakfast, so the BF & I stopped in at Starbucks to indulge! It was super mega delicious and I don't regret it, despite the calorie crunch it's put me in for the rest of the day. :coffee2:

I got really busy so never got a chance to log saturday. I've been feeling very down latley, i'm sick of being over weight. On the bright side the scale is getting closer to my first goal of 70kg every day!

Yesterday:
Protein shake with sweetener-100
1 coco pops bar-85 cals
1 porridge with water-100
1 porridge with milk-100
5 qourn sausages-300

2 jaw breakers
3 pieces of sugar free gum
2 captain morgans and diet cokes-100
A little bit of chilli sauce
Picked at a bar of sea salt chocolate
2 cups of tea
8 glasses of water
1 bottle of pepsi max
1 can of sugar free red bull

So yesterday really wasn 't the best day, i aimed for 700 cals but i came in closer to 800 i'd say. I found that post drinking i was going mad for food. This confirmed my choice to not drink. When i drink i eat like crazy. Now my parents are away i have decided to not buy food i am likely to "Pick on" or food i don't have much control over.

This morning has been much better thus far
30g peanut butter-200 cals
2 x toast-100 cals

1 x porridge with water-100 cals
1 x porridge with water-100 cals (Nsv :D)
1 low fat yoghurt-100 cals
(600) so far
I plan on having another 500 today, which i will also log.

Had a non scale victory with the having only water with 2 bowls of porridge, go me :). I have decided not to buy big bottles of milk except for my evening tea :). This should help to keep the cals down :)


Yesterday i did however catch up on exercise. I did the following:
30 min exercise bike
1 karate class
60 mins walking
1 hour cross trainer
15 mins arm bike
20 mins stationary bike

And i had been out dnacing

Part 2 of my sunday eating!
Without further ado
3 x toffee popcorn-300 cals
3 x white chocolate popcorn-335
Total 635 + 600 from earlier
Total-1235

Also had
2 cups of tea
Around 750mls of diet cherry ade
Had one teaspoon of yoghurt
Soo far trying to resist the sunday pringles, again i dont even like these, yet they are caaaalling for me!!


I think eating all these carbs on a sunday is bad, i have such a strong urge to binge, its driving me mad!! Ahhhh.

Im finding that weight loss is a real comittment and something when it comes to diet at least that you need to keep working on constantly.

Had a minor non scale victory today, met up with a friend today and worse my awesome jeans. The last time i saw this friend ,at the start of may, i couldn't even get these jeans to close!!

Exercise:
Around an hour or so of walking

We've been experimenting with Pita bread since the BF & I have never tried any. Yesterday's meal was a success, and today's was even more delicious, if possible!! We used 4 eggs, 1 chopped tomato, 3/4c chopped mushrooms, 2 oz shredded smoked cheddar cheese, and 2/3c Morningstar vegan sausage crumbles. We split the mixture and stuffed HALF into each of our Pitas!! Oh YUMMM!! Really filling and even better with ketchup.

Anastasiya24: I'm actually not a huge Starbucks fan, as I really can't stomach coffee. Love the taste, but it often makes me feel nauseous afterwards. However, I'm absolutely addicted to their Chonga Bagels! My grandmother frequents Starbucks probably once a day, and once or twice when she stopped in for some java, I grabbed one of those bagels and discovered heaven each time. :cloud9:

E- 30 min high intensity trainer program on treadmill (and I didn't have to hang on!!!!) and pushup challenge
