Whew! A while since Ive posted, Ive been out of town. I gained a little weight over the 4th of July weekend, but was down again by the time of my weigh-in (down 1/2 lb from the week before) Obviously it could have been more, but glad for the loss!
Today: B: Omelet with 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 slice muenster cheese, 2cups black coffee S: Laughing cow light cheese L: Subway 6 inch chicken breast with all the veggies & mustard & vinegar S: Light yogurt D: 1c rice, 5oz chicken, 1/4c shredded cheese, 2tb ff sour cream, spicy salsa S: low sugar oatmeal, 1 laughing cow light, 1 slice bread I may substiute a glass of wine for the oatmeal at night lol!
