I can print to a different printer, actually. That's a really good idea! Maybe I should just stop using my printer all together and set the one in the copy room as my default!

GREAT idea!

Well, I am just now getting over my Memorial Day binging. Good news is that today I am on track, feeling good and getting lots of exercise in the garden!

Hello everyone!

Amberelise - In my dream world I would have a desk I could use with my elyptical. I would love to be able to work or play on the computer and be walking all the while.

Emme - I need to do major yard work, but keep putting it off.

Corrine - 123.4 What a cool weight!

jigglefree - I am the same weigh with my cycle but add in some major crankiness a few days before. The mood I have been in the last few days, I think I am about to start.

Fit4Lyfe- I just graduated in May and finals were never good for my weightloss.
I am hoping to start Grad school in Aug...not looking foward to more finals!

fruitlady-Getting old is better than the alternative.

Lori - It looks like you are doing great! Thank you for starting this thread.

Corinne- Thanks!! I tried to stay between 1000-1100 calories today, I couldn't do it. I'm gonna stay with 1100-1200. I even go over 1200 almost everyday, no wonder I can't get my weight down! It seems if I give myself a lower limit, I eat less trying to stay under my limit. So mentally it might work!

envelope-Getting old is the better alternative! that made me chuckle, lol

The weather was more comfortable today, 76 deg. sunny & windy. Walked 35min at the Game Preserve( my favorite place) Took lunch along, ate by the stream, it was so nice. Lost 3.1lbs of water weight, hope I lose this weight fast. This is weird but, I lose super fast in the beginning of the month. If I try to lose weight in the middle of the month, it goes so slow. Got 6lbs to go!

I am on track. I weighed in today and I'm down 1.1 pounds from the start of this challenge. I have been getting my exercise in, but my water needs some work. I'm going to be at the pool today. I will make sure to bring my water with me.

I worked out on the eliptical today. I definitely worked hard. I use an app called Beatburn to coach me. I found myself talking back to the "coach" when she said, "You should be breathing easy at this level".

Hi ladies. I'm in at 147 today. What was my July 4 goal? Lol, I can't remember! I'll have to look it up. Three days straight of working out and not going over on calories. Yay!

Envelope - I actually asked my boss for a treadmill desk, but it didn't even get a response. At least I tried, haha.

My hubby comes home this weekend so I may be a little scare. I'm down to 113.6. I'm slowly losing. It's almost TTOM so I'm trying really hard not to binge, especially with working late hours.

Hey ladies! Weighed in at 122.8 this morning. It's so nice to see the scale moving in the right direction again- I'd forgotten how good it feels. My arms feel strong again and are starting to look pretty darn svelte if I do say so myself!

Amber: Awesome job keeping it up!! And thank you for considering me an inspiration- that's a first! I'm getting so close to my goal I just can't believe it! It feels like time has flown- all the hard work has really paid off! Just keep going and thinking positively- three days is a great start!

Emme: You have a great day too! And thank you!

Ekicna: Woo-hoo! You're doing wonderfully. A slow loss is still a loss!

Fruit: I hear ya! It's nice to feel a little wiggle room there. Sounds like you had a beautiful day at the preserve! I need to go take a little picnic sometime. That's really interesting about losing at the beginning of the month- something to do with your cycle?

Djett- Congrats! I can imagine what you must've been saying to that coach of yours, haha. That gave me a good chuckle!

Envelope- I didn't even notice that! That is pretty cool.

Fit- You can do it! I know the feeling. I was like that just after finals ended, I didn't want to do anything! But, one morning I just forced myself to work out and realized how great I felt and I've been going strong since! (With a lot of *maybe I don't have to workout today* moments- somehow I've managed to keep them quiet, though!)

I'm about to go lay in the sun for a little bit (shhhh!) which I NEVER do, because I'm very pale and burn easily- but I have these awful tan lines when I forgot to apply my spf100 (yep, I use it!) and I just want to fade them a little before I go on my vacation. And I will probably regret this in about half an hour!

Yesterday ended very well. Calories come in under my minimum but it was all good. Today is going really well and I'm half way there and it's getting close to go home and have dinner. I'm going to do something light. Hoping tomorrow will be a good measuring day. I'm on my cycle and debating if I should measure...I probably will but will have to consider my situation. About to have the first week down.

Party time!!

Corinne- I don't know what it is, I always lose fast in the beginning of the month. I barely even get TOM. Last yr. TOM was absent for 11mo, then got it 4 months straight, now no TOM again for the last 4 months. I'm almost 43yrs. old, I think menopause is around the corner! Congrads on the loss, are you planning to maintain when you get to 120lbs?

Jiggle- Great job!

Everyone is doing so well!

A lovely day again, just how spring should be. We deserve this after a whole month of cold, rainy weather. We went to the Game Preserve again, walked 40min. Calories were 1299, 99 over limit. It was all that delicious sweet watermelon I ate, totally worth it! Tomorrow is my fruit shopping day, I'm hooked on watermelon now, I'm gettin some more. It shouldn't be a problem staying on plan for the weekend, I'm gonna be busy. Sunday we're spending the whole day at the Preserve walking & hiking, so whatever I pack to eat is all I'll have with me. Weight is down a total of 5.7lbs. since I started eating clean on Tuesday. Even if it's water weight, I'll take it!

Hello!

Ekicna- I'm so happy that your husband will be home!

Djett626 and CorinneIrene- Congrats!

Fit- College finals stink, I'm starting a class on Monday and am filled with dread!

Emme- Yard work is killer! I laid sod this week and I had to take numerous breaks!

I am starting to teach summer school next week and start a new college class and finished one yesterday so I have been busy. I went over calories once this week(first time in a month) and the scale is not moving...I'm being a baby, but I really don't want to lower my calories but if the scale doesn't move I suppose I'll have to.

Everyone have a great weekend!
Thin thoughts!
