Made my goal I'm very happy. I made goal all over I even exceed it in some areas. I think I will stick with inches as goals. I'm ready for the next challenge!!!

Uggg....had chinese last night, as planned, but only drank 1/3 my normal water, then had 2 alcoholic drinks. So after having 2 litres of water this afternoon, I got on the scale, out of curiosity, and I was up SEVEN pounds. I know that it's sodium and alcohol (dehydration), and am not worried about it, but it was still a shocker to see how high it can go! LOL
I did good today, had 1389 calories. No junk food! Gained 1.5lbs. even though I did well all week. 2 times this week I had a little candy, no P.B or ice cream and I gain!
Hugs all~Congradulations Jiggle & Northern & all others with accomplisments~I can't believe tomorrow is EASTER ALREADY! Geesh I have been one busy lady.~After leaving the ball game Thursday(my sons team lost ~no biggie ~he had a blast which is what matters) I went to back up to pull out to go home & backed into a parked car~(it was the only car parked behind the others~But was in a parking spot~UGH)~I just Thank God noone was in it & noone got hurt~& thank God I have full coverage insurance. Anyways I will get the new challenge started tomorrow~I am so sorry to have not been with y'all that much during this challenge~I am proud of all of u.~HOPE EVERYONE HAS A BLESSED EASTER. I managed to maintain still which has been a major Accomplishment to me.(PRAISE GOD) TTYS
Made 173 on friday but I want to see what it says tomorrow, I dontthink it stuck,way over calories today and yesterday....... Did jillian michaels today and 45 of zumba.... Im tired... I wiegh In tomorrow before work... See you then.... GL.

Welp ladies, I did not make my goal and it's the dread TTOM and sickness, the double time!!! lol...I'm totally okay with it though, all I can do is move forward and get ready for the next challenge, I'll work twice as hard and hopefully lose twice as much

As for me, I met all of my goals for this challenge! Woohoo! I am now less than 3 lbs from my 5% loss, my mini-goal 1! Looking forward to the next challenge! Memorial Day, everyone?!
I knocked my goal out of the park, and more. Not to mention, I don't think I broke over 1600 cals any day, and I've been on vacation with the family for easter since Thursday. Awww yeaaaah.
GRRRR For the last few days my weight has gone up, even though I am being good, and staying on plan (well aside from Chinese food and a couple of drinks on Thursday, which was planned). I am up 1.5lbs this morning, and I am not sure how to think about that. Friday morning I was up (from my last weigh in, last Sunday) 7lbs, which I knew was likely dehydration and sodium (alcohol and chinese food). I have stayed within my calories, and the only other thing I have changed is that I have got back to walking 3 miles a day (or more), but since I had been doing that daily up until a couple of weeks ago, and I am not stiff at all, I wouldn't suspect that would cause me to retain water. Also I have been drinking 4 litres of water a day, trying to help flush that sodium out.
*sigh* how depressing. While I still met my Easter Challenge goal, it bumps me back into the 270's (at 271.2).
Edited to add: Ok, so I was thinking about it, and started checking sodium content on things. Last night for supper I had spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce...sauce contained 28% of the daily intake of sodium per 1/2 cup (which is how much I had). Then I also had 2 sausage rolls because I had tons of calories left in the evening, and apparently they have super high sodium (I don't have the recipe or nutritional information, so I googled) which could explain the weight gain this morning. Of course, dinner tonight is ham, so tomorrow's a bust too! Damn sodium! lol
