General's Chicken, one of my faves! Kinda makes me want to get Chinese this weekend. I make a mean stir fry and have it pretty regularly but nothing compares to "real" Chinese take out. I think joyfulloser has a recipe for a homemade low-cal version some where on here. I might have to give that a go.

That is the happy note for the day. It is blowing 40-50 mph here and my fence section fell and my two bassets were on the loose so we spent a hour looking for them. When I found them I had to lift their 80 lb butts into my SUV and so I was cussing out loud at this point and here comes a police office to help me which was great but I'm super embaressed over being caught cussing like a sailor!

I am feeling much better today after spending another hour or so texting with him yesterday afternoon. And our chat resulted in the possibility of getting to see him soon so that's always good news! Of course, I've had more time to reflect on my achievement and have to say, I'm feeling so, so great about not binging. I think that could be a HUGE step for me!
Didn't get a chance to really hop on till now cause I had an 11-person job for lunch today!

I'm hoping it will lead to more orders, even if it's just one or two more people from that office on a weekly basis.
I have 1237 calories planned for today (don't you love it when you eat a ton - baked fish with a massive amount of roasted veggies for dinner - but don't see the quantity reflected in your calorie intake

) and 304 calories burned in weights and cardio. I think that number might get adjusted to be lower because my hammie's still a bit tender and I have lunges today. I don't know if I'll be able to do them.
