Wow, busy couple of days at work (new semester Monday)...missed my daily dose of 3FC this morning!
Ending my day a little low at 1350 cals today, but taking a rest day from the exercise. Will make it up this weekend to get my 5 days in this week...it's just really hard to overcome the physical and mental block of getting moving with this weather. Coldest night of the year coming up tonight....32 below...that's straight up, without windchill! We don't have students tomorrow, so I predict they will still make us (staff) come in, IF our cars start in the morning, lol. Supposed to get all the way up to zero or so by mid-day...break out the sunscreen!
WI is tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed!
Well, I think I might do a little yoga before bed...stay warm all!

. Friday is my official weigh-in day, so I got to change my ticker! Down 1.8 for the challenge so far, and trying to lose 4.4 more to get under 135. Starting my fat smash/clean eating tomorrow. We are getting still more snow as I type, and schools have delayed openings, which means we have to drag our son to our closing(doing a re-fi to shorten our mortgage term) and then I have to run him back to school. Luckily I had made arrangements to work from home.
