Thinking of you Rainbow!

Well, now I've done it! I have been totally uninhibited since Thursday. I'm back on track today but I gained 6 pounds. What a total mess. Clearly I have no moderation skills. Sugar is a huge trigger for me. So the next couple of days are detox days. Oh well. Hopefully I can still reach my Christmas goal of 240. I'm not gonna weigh again until then, I don't want to get discouraged. Until later....

Thanks for the support and kind words everyone, it means a lot to me.

I reached my halfway to goal mark yesterday! That's from the point I started at in July. If I look at the last couple of years, it's pretty amazing as well - I've lost just over 50 pounds since 2008 (30 in the last 4 months haha).

I'm feeling positive overall, I feel like I'm doing a good job.

rainbow- I wish you the best, I had a scare also when I was in my 20's. It turned out to be nothing. Don't worry too much( I know that's easy to say)

Lost 1.3 lbs. so far. It has been a challenge for me lately, but I stayed OP for 2 days now, no leftovers here anymore. Why is it so hard this time, had 1377 cal. & believe me it could have been much worse. Lots of luck to all!

I would like to join this challenge. My goal is to see a 2 pound weight loss and to actually stick to my meal plan and exercise routine.

Yesterday morning I was 127 ( I seem to NOT be able to get below that nowadays) this evening-back up to 129:mad:. I really need to add in some exercise because watching my calories doesnt seem to be enough-will start that tomorrow! and I will NOT look at the scale until Friday.

thank you fit4lyfe for the encourgement. Yes we all need it. Good luck with your challlenge and its on. See what those scales show tomorrow night at TOPS and i will know what to do. Will go to the gym about 10 in the morning.

Got my jog in, I really really can't believe I'm loving jogging as much as I am. I enjoy it so much!
Lower on calories, but that's ok after the weekend I had!
Work tomorrow, bed time for me now - so sleepy! Zumba after work and then 4 days off! Going to try to get most of my Christmas shopping done, if I can afford it :S
Hoping for some results this week from the biopsy too. I hate waiting.

Back from my trip and ready to hit it hard. I didn't eat like I should have at all this weekend. So I will be very strict with my eating and working out. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning and will be going to the gym at lunch today. I packed all my food and I should be somewhere withing 12-1300 calories by bedtime. I will be doing some ab training this evening when I get home.

Official weighin today is 129.2 :( not what I wanted, but it is what it is. So I have 11 lbs to lose. I guess just counting my calories again and one day at a time. I also need to get back into the gym. I'm excited! Well i'm at work now so I have to get back to it. I will check back in later and get to you all. Have a great day!

I remember when I loved speed walking, I need to love it again! lol- and my gym offers Zumba It really looks like fun-I'd love to try this:)

That waiting is the worst part. I've had 3 breast biopsies done and had to wait 2-3 weeks for the results for each one. Why can't they get these results in sooner these days? Continuing to keep you in my prayers, hon.

I will be honest, from Thanksgiving to yesterday I binged something awful. I don't think I'll weigh in again until my jeans start feeling looser. :(

But today is a new day, and I have a new resolve to stay on plan. Tomorrow is my birthday, and my husband is taking me the the cheesecake factory. I plan to have a salad and a low-carb cheesecake (I tend to lose better when most of my calories are higher in protein). The last time I had these two items there I lost a pound and a half the next day. I hope to have a repeat loss this time around. :D

It is so cold here for S. CA...37 degrees this morning! Did I mention this is S. CA? lol I had to scrape ice off my windshield this morning...ICE! Crazy!!!

I always do So Well during the day, and ALL temptations come out in the evening! my Partner bought me 2 big beers, and a shot of volka !! ( I HAVE to have beer, or an over the counter sleep aide to sleep later in the evening-trust me no other remedy works for me) anyway I'm torn between wanting those drinks, or the boring pill.the beer i only drink, will add over 500 calories for the day - and an extra pound or 2 for the next few days-sh*t!!!!

Still at 138~ Hoping to get a new weight soon~but I am definetly changing Shape wise ~all my 4's need belted now & It was only about 2/3 of them~I am gonna have to go buy a ton of 2's~(cause Thats the size I wear & I don't have many) but as soon as Christmas is over.(MY kids come first~I got some more stuff On my list for them & sticking to my budget) Plus I got leggings that fit all the time & enough stuff to last for me forever I just like to have a huge variety (YEAH I AM A DIVA OR A HOARDER ) LOL At least it is all in my closet & Dressers except my shoes...I have way to many of them so I stack them on one section of my bedroom where there easy to get to & In order.(Usually) LOL~anyways nothing near the hoarders show ~that show is scary! makes me clean like a maniac after I watch an episode & We have a Huge house just lived in & not much mess~even with the 3 kids just your normal stuff...LMBO~Anyways Gotta do my second set of exercising I took a nap ~they upped my prozac to 20 MG~I AM NOW TAKING HUGE NAPS DAILY~ instead of small ones(As of today) UGH! I gotta keep with my routine & plus I started using the Evil ab slide again last week & I gotta get in fit into tonight too~Doing it 3 times a week.~HOPE IT WORKS~I need a firm tummy before I am down to nothing left of me.~I Have some curves right now But the belly,the upper arms,the upper legs all still must be toned better! ~I am so close I can taste it ~SWEET VICTORY! FINGERS CROSSED! ~HUGS TO ALL~ OFF TO EXERCISE

Good evening just got home from tops and i've lost 3/4 lb since last monday.
Offical weight is 255.4, i drinked 8 glasses of water, 120 exercise minutes today, and calories met total 1129. Hope you all had a good day and good luck with your challenge.:elf::snowfight
