I'm in again, need this challenge really bad this time. Thanksgiving & Friday(leftovers) was a two day binge fest. My computer got a virus, I didn't have internet for 3 days & I realized how much I need to be here for support. I couldn't count my calories or anything online, I was lost. I ended up not even counting most of the food I ate. All I know is I gained 6 lbs so far, probably more by tomorrow. My goal is to get back down to 108lbs. & continue power walking everyday, even if the weather is crappy. Good Luck to all!

Hopefully everyone has given away all the leftovers off to guests and now can concentrate on eating GREAT right up to Christmas :)

I've had a string of good days and I'm determined to be OP right up to my weekend visit to NY next week. I'm not going to go overboard there, but will be out of my normal routine and that usually means gaining a pound or two. I hope to be 185 or lower before the trip.

Rainbowstripe, I'm sorry, but I must have missed why you needed to have a biopsy done. What was it for if you don't mind me asking?

sandcar It was a cervical biopsy for some abnormal cells. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers. I really appreciate it, I am kind of scared about it.

GOOD MORNING! It's early couldnt sleep. So thought I'd ck in before I have to get ready for church. It's a little cold today, right now its 37. At least its not raining or snowing. Hope everyone has a good sunday and i will ck in later today. :wave::dust::swim:

Hey all,

Last few days haven't been the greatest. I could've done worse (I think back to how I would have eaten a year ago--shudder!), but I definitely could have done much better!! We gave away the rest of the pie yesterday, so at least that temptation is gone! Definitely not weighing in until Friday...between TOM and the overeating, I just don't want to know. Hope to be where I started (198ish).

Rainbow: hugs to you while you wait for your results. Waiting is the worst part.

I am counting calories and lose 4 pounds a month.
I lost 23 pounds since June.
I hope to lose 3-4 pounds by Christmas.

I'm late to the party again. Oy. TG challenge was a bust for me - I gave up. I had knee surgery on 11/18 and haven't been able to do much besides a slow hobbling walk since then - and I let that be the reason I said "bah humbug" to the diet as well. Oh, the logic we use when trying to lose weight... Anyway - still somewhat restricted by the knee surgery, I can't workout much but that doesn't mean I can't work on what I put in my mouth. So I'm starting over, starting today, and getting myself back on track.

Christmas challenge goal - to stay on plan with food, control portions, and workout as and when possible given the knee issues.

Oh, and my kitten (he's a year old but he's the baby of my cats) just licked my breakfast bowl - it was oatmeal and vanilla protein powder. Cats are SO weird. :)

Well of course you can join me, I can always use the extra help! Today I've learned that salty tortilla chips are not my friends but I'm at 239 today. Also, I will start having gains again because another intense bootcamp session is starting on Monday and it will run 3 weeks, so I'll be highly upset until then! LOL. But I know it will be worth it! Hahahaha

hey ladies,

Ok so I'm back for this challenge, I know I joined at the end of the last challenge. So my weight got up to 131.2 which was past my 130 mark, and as of Thanksgiving morning I was 128.8 so I lost a couple of lbs, plus during the end of the challenge I was right before TOM, and now I'm off it. So tomorrow I will do an official weight for starting this challenge. For this challenge I would like to:

1. Lose 10lbs
2. Get back to CC
3. Start going to the gym
4. Make a financial plan and start saving more.

So far that's it. I'm excited to start a new challenge with you guys. Have a great day!

Scale is wonky, but I'm fitting into a pants that I couldn't a week or so ago. Pants don't lie!

Went for a walk in the woods this morning. Meals have been planned for the day. Fajita night!

Next up, prep some meal things for this week's lunches.

Hi Guys! I am IN!!! My goal is for 16lbs by New years day, so for Christmas morning I need to be at about 13 lbs. That will put me at a good spot for the last week!.

Unfortunately, my ticker is updated. Due to a funky scale (which I need to replace) and some bad choices, I am back where I started. But no matter! I am still going to do this!

Rainbow~Praying all goes well.

I am still holding on to 138....And been back to normal eating since the day after Thanksgiving with no probs...~I am so use to this life I got it I think ~or I hope & I PRAY! Anyways just was doing a quick check in....Kids don't go back to school til Tuesday ~then I have a zillion errands to run on that day~The cold is irritating my breathing badly~UGH~ BUT Everyone here at home is keeping me hopping which is A-OK~off to continue hopping & try to keep my mind off it...It is proboly Just daily Anxiety attacks as the one doc says~~I SHALL GET THROUGH THEM MY BEST DAILY~I MUST KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
