:hug::hug::hug:Thanks for the Love ladies. Mom is getting better each day and we are praying she's home for Christmas.

I'm doing pretty well emotionally but I ate too much last night. No sure how far I was from my max. Norhtern - I think my day was like your party!! I was mindful of what I ate but not strict. I overslept this morning so I didn't do my workout and am eating accordingly. Lori - I will try the up side of calories and then decrease them the day after Christmas. Will try to stay under 1800. I will increase my work out sessions and decrease the days.

Not too many events working against me at work so hopefully today I will maintain my cool and discipline.

Wow, I didn't post for 2 days, I really need to. It helps to keep you on track. I did fine though, my weight has stayed the same for 5 days now. I think my body is finally starting to settle at 109. I think that means, it's where it should be to be healthy. It seems even if my calories are low for days, I don't lose weight. Yesterday my calories were much higher & i didn't gain either like I usually do. For so long, if I ate just one food that was processed, i would gain weight right away. If it stays this way, I'll be happy. It means I don't have to be as strict on those hungry days & non hungry days I'll just naturally eat less. Hopefully it will just balance out somehow, my husband thinks I'm supposed to be at 109lbs, let's see if he is right. He usually is when it comes to diet & maintaining. He likes to rub it in my face alot! lol Good luck to all!

Hey guys...

Just wanted to stop by and say Merry Christmas! I think this will be my last post before the end of this challenge. We have to head out tomorrow for DH's grandma's funeral...so with Christmas and our vacation following that, I will be offline/out of town until New Years. I will try to peek in on my phone just to see how everyone did for the challenge...but will probably be pretty quiet!

I'm definitely game for the next challenge (Valentines Day?), but may be joining a little late. I'm sure I will have some "damage" to work off after this is all over! Going to try to be mindful of what I eat, but it's not realistic of me to think I'm going to be perfectly OP. Luckily, the weather looks nice for our vacation in Laughlin, so I hope to walk off some of those calories on the Colorado River riverwalk :)

I am right in the middle of TOM and probably won't WI tomorrow before we leave...so I guess my final weight for the challenge sits at 193.6 (round up to 194). Met my goal, but hope I don't gain it all back, lol.

Gained 1.6 lbs. I think it was that ice cream i ate 2 days ago. Otherwise I have been on track with my calories, today was 1250. So this weight should be gone soon, hopefully before X-mas. I still didn't decide if I will allow myself some treats that day or just behave myself. Depends how I feel at the time I guess.

Hey all, I'm not sure if I'll get a chance to post again before Christmas so I just wanted to wish you all a very happy time with your families and loved ones this season! I'll be away for a week from the 27th so won't have internet access. Hoping to keep on track during this time, but I'll be happy to at least just maintain. Gaining is not an option. Thanks for all being here as a support and I look forward to seeing you in future challenges!! Thought I'd update myself on my goals from the beginning of this challenge:

I'd like to keep my calories in check this month. I'll be working more, so I may face a few challenges, but I can do it. No letting them get too low either! Did good with calories!

I'd like to keep my exercise in check as well! No fewer than 3 days a week, preferably 4 or 5. With more work, this could also be difficult, but I'm sure I can do it. Keep working on the jogging, I really am enjoying it! Did well with exercise at the beginning, but the last two weeks have been hard, fitting it in around work and everything else has been close to impossible! Still got some in though.

For my weight - well I'd like to see the half way point of my goal and pass it. I've got a goal in another thread that has me seeing 66.5kg / 146.6 pounds. I'm not sure how likely that goal is at the moment. I'm going to set it in this thread for 67kg / 147.7 pounds. It's still quite a bit to lose, but I'll work towards it. We shall see.I am currently exactly on 68kg / 149.9 pounds. I'm thinking I could see 67.5 kg tomorrow or on Christmas (148.8 pounds) but I'm not sure. Either way I'm just happy to still be losing!

Didn't aget a chance to post yesterday. I'm trying several things to give my body a jolt. Upped cals, lowered workouts the past couple days and not sure if that is working. I will lower my cals and increase my workouts starting tomorrow because we will be travelling today...all day!! I'm going to try to post while out because I can from my phone. I will also be spending as much time with my mom as possible when I get home. Also mentally gearing up for the next challenge. Didn't meet the goal for this challenge of fitting the green suit for Christmas so maybe for the next challenge. I can get in the pants but they are too tight and the jacket...well not happening.

If I don't check back in by Christmas...Have a wonderfully, blessed, low calorie Christmas.

Good Morning...remember me? I kinda disappeared back in novemember before getting my temparary job at a warehouse, well...i just got laid off from that job and now im going to concentrait on getting off these last pesky lbs. I really missed you guys:( sorry i have been MIA for so long. I was working 12hour shifts for 6 days a week:dizzy: so no time for anything. I did manage to see 169 on the scale for the first time since i was a teenager:carrot: but that was over two weeks ago and now the holidays/eating out and lack of water has come back to bite me in the butt. Im up about 4lbs right now...working on shedding the water weight...im about 97% sure its water weight. I got my tooth pulled Monday and had to drink a lot of those condensed liquid soups with all there sodium. I'm pretty sure thats the culprit.

My workouts since working have been ok, been getting in what i can - when i can.

Lori- you smoking hot momma you. I see your still inspiring people, hugs girl.

Jiggle-So glad to hear your mom is doing better. Hugs to you and don't worry...you'll be in that green suit in no time girl.

Hello to everyone I missed. Im going back to either logging my calories or eating smaller portions of meals. Regardless i will listen to my body. I haven't counted anything in over two months and lost about 3lbs so that kinda opened my eyes a bit. Maybe i have learned to eat proper portions without having to measure/weigh everything...will see guys.

I reached 67.5 / 148.8, so only 1.1 pound off my goal, which I'm really happy about!!

1370 cal., I ate alot of clementines today, i just love them. Weight is coming down for now. I'm still resisting temptation around here with the holidays so close. Can't wait til their over!

~Hugs to all ~In a hurry~My kids are driving me bananas~I Love them I am enjoying the spending time with the them on there Christmas vacation But waiting for Christmas to come is making me impatient LOL~I wanna play that Wii with them! :santa: is almost here!:gift2: Looks like this will be my last post untill after christmas. Going out of town in the morning to stay with my mom this weekend since she will be by herself. Will stay with her untill my older brother gets back monday from his trip, then I will come back home. It's getting cold here but they said it may rain but dont expect no snow on christmas day. :snow4: :snowfight :snowglo:

Hope everyone has a Very Merry Christmas I will try my best to start the next challenge sometime tomorrow on Christmas day~But with 3 kids ya never know ~FINGERS CROSSED~Off to do my nails & find a decent outfit ~the camera's will be out in the morning LMBO! Plus Santa Is waiting to eat her 3 cookies she saved calories for ~hehehe~Plus I gotta feel up the stockings(Of the kids would go to sleep) & Wake up at 5:00 A.m. & the hubby has to put a sheet over there rockband set that was too big to wrap & get it over to the tree & out of hiding~ So it Should be a great morning LMBO! Set this on Nov 26th. A little foolish to think I could lose 10 pounds in a month... But a couple of days later I joined WW, I'm down 5 pounds, I'm tracking my points every day and I'm walking most days.

Maybe by MLK day I'll be below 180.
