A no loss for me this week. Not surprised, I lost a lot last week, and this week has been a total sodium-fest because I've been eating the canned goods out of all the cupboards because of the snow issues. Still on plan calorie-wise, but not my first choice of actual food. I expect great things from next week. *fingers crossed*
That and the fact that 1lb is such an important step towards my first mini-goal so of course it had to not meet it, cos life's like that.
Shuffled the table a little so we can keep our running total, and congrats to onedayatatime, first gold medal winner, 12lbs and more!
Newcomers are still welcome, on the proviso that unless you are over 200lbs
and you are in the first couple of weeks of your weight loss journey you don't attempt to lose the full 12lbs in the next few weeks, that's not healthy.
