  • I am down 1.5lbs. Since i just started 2weeks ago and lost 8 the first week, i was hoping for a bit more. But all week when id peek at the scale it was never down, not until this morning! So when i saw that it finally moved today, i was relieved! I stayed on plan all week. Really nervous about this week. We will be staying with family wed - sunday. Ugh! But i will do my best. I will have to bring my will power, and my own veggies, my mom leaves bowls of candy around!

  • WooHoo a 3 pound loss. Hopefully I can maintain that this week if not loose more.
  • I am down 4.2 on the week. But am up .4 from yesterday. TOM is almost here so any loss in the next week would be more than welcomed. However, I just hope to maintain.
  • I completely forgot to weigh-in today, but will do it tomorrow morning *excited*
  • The spreadsheet should now update your weight loss immediately that you put it in even if you are the first person to input on a new week. Please let me know if it starts behaving oddly, the formula is now ridiculously complicated but should do what we want it to do, and a reminder to please never touch the blue column directly, I will cry!

  • I gained 2 technically, but I'm right in the middle of the TOM. So, I'm sad and sorry, but hoping its water weight! ha... good luck this week ladies!
  • I lost the two pounds I gained last week - so at least I am back to where I was. Hope it's all downhill from here!

    On a plus point: I went to the doctors today to get a huge prescription for my knee for traveling and she never mentioned one thing about my weight. For the first time ever

  • Monday for me, so weigh-in time!
  • I have been on my scales 3 times, moved them around the floor in case there's a mistake since I was shooting for 2lbs this week and thought I would struggle to make that. And this morning I get 180.5!!

    Even better, if I can shift just one more lb next week this is my last "obese" weight before I enter the 25-30s BMI. Chuffed!

    I just posted my loss, a little less than a pound. I'm happy I lost anything given all of the tempting food last week!
  • Weigh day! Yay! I'm down 1/2lb and thrilled with it! 10 lbs down on this challenge! I was off plan for 3 1/2 days and scared! But, looking back, i did ok with eating. I normally would have eaten much more. I did eat lots of high calorie foods, but in moderation! That is what i need to do for the rest of my life!

    Congratulations to everyone on your losses! We can do this!
