I'm pretty impressed by the weigh in this week. I kinda of let it all go this weekend. I had been sticking pretty close to 1200-1400 calories a day. Saturday I ate about 2200 and Sunday about 1700. I wasn't expecting much of a loss, but BOOM! I saw 239.5 and just about cried! lol...
I was kind of at a plateau so I think this managed to knock it around a little. Now I'm going to stay on plan until Thanksgiving Day. That day, I will eat what I want, just watch the quantity. I also got a free elliptical machine from my friend this weekend. It's not the best kind, but it'll be great to get me started. Goal this week is to work out 3 times.
Wooo HOOO! 225 by Christmas feels achievable!
