Yay! Weigh day! I had great success! This is week one for me, so that ezplains the big loss. Anyway, i will take it!
Down 8 lbs! Start at 227 and now at 219. Hope to not see the 220s again!

Ugh, only down 0.6 from last weigh-in. Not surprising -- I'm in the middle of one of my stalls and expect to be here for at least another week and then I'll hopefully have a whoosh.
I'm pretty impressed by the weigh in this week. I kinda of let it all go this weekend. I had been sticking pretty close to 1200-1400 calories a day. Saturday I ate about 2200 and Sunday about 1700. I wasn't expecting much of a loss, but BOOM! I saw 239.5 and just about cried! lol...
I was kind of at a plateau so I think this managed to knock it around a little. Now I'm going to stay on plan until Thanksgiving Day. That day, I will eat what I want, just watch the quantity. I also got a free elliptical machine from my friend this weekend. It's not the best kind, but it'll be great to get me started. Goal this week is to work out 3 times.
I'm at 260.4 this morning... forget what I started at last week..lol I think I'm down 5.2 thanks to my woosh of water weight that came off last week. I'll go put it in

I somehow gained half a pound to a pound towards the end of the week but I still managed a -3. It felt great to post as I've never really kept a written log of this journey.

You only fill in your name and your starting weight and each week's new weight. If you are starting today then you will automatically get a zero in the blue column this week becuase you just started and haven't lost anything, unless you want to put in last week's weight in the starting weight and this week's in today and the blue column will show your losses. You don't put anything in the blue one, it will do that itself.
Still open to new participants, if you know your last week's weight all the better, if not then just start this week. I am jealous of you all and your water weight, I lost a measly stinking lb this week despite being a good girl all week long. Grrr.
I was down 2-3lbs at the beginning of the weekend, but after indulging in some salt-laden food yesterday, I think I'm clinging to some water weight. I'm still down 1lb though and hopefully I'll shed that water by the next weigh in
I just signed up hope that was okay! I've been off boards for 6 months dealing with issues, and of course during that time my weight ballooned up again. I'm officially starting back today with CC and thought a challenge would be just what I needed. I hope to shed the 60 pounds by next June, so I have my work cut out for me!
I've planned all my meals for the day so we'll see how day one goes! Good luck to you all.
I would love to join too! I just found this website last week but didnt see this challenge. I just started keeping track and my goal is 12lbs by the end of the year so this is perfect for me!
I will add my stats in, I lost 1.8 lbs last week, slow but at least its in the right direction. I have my first meeting with my personal trainer today I am excited!
