Oh my goodness y'all I've been missing forever from here!

I've missed you regular CC challengers and see lots of new names.

I haven't fallen off the bandwagon! I'm holding steady.

I made my 10/10/10 goal to wear a size 10 dress to church!

I am ready to finish this thing up! I need to lose about 15 more pounds but I'm going after it in a different manor than before. My goal is just to stay on course - no number/date goal. My goal is just to stay on plan and when I get to those 15 pounds lost I'll get there.

I've got two phases - I want to just stay OP till the end of this challenge and then between Nov. 1 and Thanksgiving I'm going to do 30 Day Shred to help firm up. Then it will be time to get our family Christmas Portrait done again and boy am I looking forward to looking worlds better this year than I did last year!!

Ok, that's my report for now!

I have to wait until November 24 for my lady parts doctor appointment, which seems ages away considering how worried I am. They've put me on an urgent list incase they have any cancellations, so I'm going to do my best to be positive until I know what, if anything, is actually wrong with me.

I walked to work today, felt good, means I have to walk home too haha, awesome!

I have also made a milestone today, officially 10kilograms down! That is 22 pounds. It means I'm 1/3rd of the way there (if I can actually get to my goal weight). Feels pretty good.

I'm eating on plan today although I feel pizza coming on tonight perhaps - it's been so long and I'm really craving the cheesey doughy goodness. I think a good way for me to do it will be to have 2-3 slices and then some veges or something as well. I found the calorie counts online for Dominos in New Zealand, and some of the pizzas don't look too bad per slice.

Good morning Ladies.
I'm still rocking and rolling with my eating less than 1400 calories and working out for an hour a day. I added weights while walking on the treadmill and I think I like it. One of my friends brought me a bag of clothes, mostly a size 12...I got work to do. However she did have a pant suit in it that is a size 14 and I wasn't sure my arms would fit the sleeves but they did...and it didn't look like a blood pressure taking my blood pressure. I was sooo excited!! I go to the doctor on the 29th to get my cholesterol checked and I'm actually looking forward to it. It's time for my annual physical...the full monty!!

Howdy Halloween Challengers!

After yesterday's anger-provoking walking incident, I've decided not to put myself through that again, soI'm back to just doing my 30-minute at-home exercise routine Monday - Friday. I'm still doing the 10k on Suday, but I'll just take it slow and expect to be extremely sore on Monday morning.

Well, ladies, I woke up this morning to see that another pound has bit the dust. :carrot: Funny how the scale cooperates with you when you stay on plan 100%. :p

Here's to another 100% on-plan day to all of us!!! :D

jigglefree, loved your line about the sleeves on your pant suit not looking like a blood pressure monitor cuff was squeeze it. I can so relate. My arms and my midsection are the hardest areas on my body to lose inches from and tone.

Doing a drive by posting before I head out to do errands.

My goals ~
see the mid 160's (163-167) ~ I'm at 169.3 now
log all calories (been lax about this) ~ going well and I'm finding it hard to get up to the 1200 I'm supposed to be eating
be active in this thread and let people know how much I appreciate their support~ !!!

Susieyarb ~ you inspired me to try on some things in my closet. I put on sz 14's this morning. One of them the skirt I wore to my wedding rehearsal 12 years ago. (I know, I know, why do I have 12 year old clothes in my closet, especially when I don't have the husband anymore!)

Hello to everyone...sorry but ive got to make this short. DH is getting ready to go to work and I've got to start his supper.

Today was a 45min power walk. It was chilly this morning so I waited until 10:30ish to get it done. I was suppose to do yoga afterwards but just wasn't interested...i instead watched an episode of The Closer, LOVE that show.

Losing water weight( 2.2 lbs) So glad, it's coming off. I have been noticing that it is getting harder & taking longer to lose water weight. Even compared calories w/ other months & exercise times, I think it's menopause, I haven't had a period in 8 mo. , but I'm only 42yrs. Isn't that too young??? I don't know but, I have to figure out something. Today had 1225 calories, no cravings and I wish they would never come back again! lol

Hello back at ya jiggle!!

MY TIME OF MONTH IS DRIVING ME NUTS! I am back up to 145.8 this morning~Obviously from bloating~4 days is enough already I usually last 5 days on it & I hope to God Tomorrow is my last day & that weight goes back off quick....I hate bloat weight! (LOL)~i know I have not really gained it ~But it still makes ya feel crabby.(yes I got spongebob on my brain again ARG!)hehehe

Anyways my hormones are going wild so I will ttyl ~HUGS! (I gotta go cling to the hubby again! Poor guy I have hugged him & bugged him all day~Thank God He is such a good man! I love him & my kids so much) ~

Well, I'm back home after my conference in the Twin Cities today. Didn't do too well with my eating today (conference food can be a killer...especially when they have good desserts!) But I've done REALLY good this week prior to today (even last night with my chipotle tacos, I ended that day at 1500 cals), so we'll write this off as a "maintenance" calorie intake day and get right back to it tomorrow! Going out for a while tonight to see my bro-in-law's band play. I am pretty tired, so will probably be an early night, but I should probably count on at least another 150 cals for a couple of drinks!

Gah. Rough day yesterday. Ate lunch and dinner out. Lunch was OK - went to Sweet Tomatoes and had some pretty good choices, lots of fresh veggies, avoided the pasta. Dinner was at a retirement party for one of our colleagues and I tried to be really sensible - I loaded up on fruit, had a little hummus with pita bread, two sliders (they were tiny!) and one chicken wing. When I got home I was still hungry so I had some Special K which is my go-to cereal when I need a very light supper. Avoiding the scale until Monday which is my weekly weigh-in day - not weighing every day is another challenge for me.

Hi to everyone~

Weight is at least back down to 143.4 this morning so it's stating to drop again ~because my period should be over tommorrow & bloats going down(Fingers crossed) I had My count wrong yesterday I am on day 4 today (ARG) Anyways at least that has made my day brighter. Anyways~off to wash the dishes & Go through clothes that are to big ~I have no takers on free clothes here for certain sizes & even the local churches Do not want them Because of a bed bug problem in our county....Nor do surrounding areas...Mine are bed bug free (THANK GOD) I have never had them & never wanna have them ~praying I never do. Anyways it's so sad to throw them away but I need them out of my way...I have already got rid of 2~ 30 gallon trash bags full of them in last weeks trash....UGH SO MESSED UP~I feel like being a hoarder & keeping them But Noone here will take them & I can't have a yard sale I have no space & I just wanna give them away...Not throw them away....ARG~ LOL! OH well I must remind myself there making a huge mess they no longer fit me & I need rid of them out of my house.....I have at least 3 to 4 ~30 gallon bags left.~So wish some of y'all lived close to give them too Thats are wearing the sizes they are cause I try to wear nice as I can clothing.
TTYL~THOSE DISHES ARE WAITING ON ME~I Hate watching that hoarders show ~LOL I Clean all the time now More than I use to even ~LOL! I love that show though! It's so addicting to watch.

Hi everyone, I've been missing for a while, but I'm back!! My life has been very hectic lately. I quit my job as a zookeeper because my joints just couldn't handle the physical labor. I was having extreme back pain every night and was having trouble sleeping. So I went to the doctor and turns out I have some kind of degenerative back problem, and if I wasn't so young my doctor would have put me in physical therapy. I had already decided to go back to school to get a Master of Arts in Teaching for Elementary Education (including Special Education), so I decided to take a position as a 3rd grade special needs teacher assistant. I started my new job about a month ago, and started grad school full time this semester. I'm trying to get back on track with healthy eating, and now, since I can't get my exercise in at work anymore, I have to find a way to incorporate exercise into my day again. I'm trying to catch up on schoolwork so that I can go to sleep earlier and wake up 45 minutes earlier in the morning to exercise. Hopefully it'll work!!!

So I'm a week late on this challenge so I'm gonna shoot for losing 2 lbs for Nov. 1st. That's 1 lb per week.

Since I am now stress free, I'm not having that urge to eat crappy food anymore. So I upped my calories today w/ 2 extra pieces of fruit. Had 1335 cal.
I think this amount is too much for me today though, I'm so full. 1275 seems to be what my body wants for the last 5 days, but then I will continue to lose weight, lost 1 lb. more as of this morning. What do you do if your too full to get all your calories in for the day??
