Hmmm..Not doing so well right now on my challenge. I had some chocolate over the weekend and ate off plan while we painted our kitchen so that breaks 2 of my challenges. Darn it. Oh well, I think I will still make break out of the 220s this month though so at least there's still that....

I gained weight! UGH!!! But I think it's because I went from no exercising to a grueling one-hour bootcamp every morning and my body is in some sort of shock because I can def tell in a few of my pants that I am losing weight. These past few days I have been eating sucky and not working out, but I am already ready to pull it back in and chalk this up to experience. I'm getting back on that horse and getting ready to work my a** off; I probably won't make my 235 goal or any goal for that matter, but I refuse to give up!

Hello everyone! I've got to run to the pharmacy to get some meds for my son but I wanted to take the time to peek in here!

Doing pretty good this week, had a little set back yesterday but im back on track today. I got in an awesome workout today! 1:30 mins total and according to my heart rate monitor i burned 963 calories:dizzy: i was dead after i was done though :lol: in case anyone is curious about the workout i did its called body max 2 by Cathe friedrich. Pretty fun:)

anyways. I will pop back in here when i get a chance. Still calorie cycling, today was a low day, around 1400. My highest day is around 2000. (due to my workouts)

Not doing so good for the past 2 days. Halloween is my favorite holiday, I bake alot during the month of October. I didn't eat any of it until last night, I pigged out on chocolate cake & peanut butter. Today I was craving candy & peanut butter. Not good! My weight is creeping up & up, I have got to stop now. On plan tomorrow for sure, the scale will scare the crap out of me!

Hey everyone. I'm having trouble sleeping tonight. I've been so stressed about work the past few days. I just started about a month ago, and about 2 weeks ago they decided to give me 2 special needs kids and I work with them all day. That's fine, the problem is that I am completely new to working in education and this semester is my first time taking education classes. They have me getting all the work together for them, teaching it to them, and giving them homework and graded assessments. I also don't mind this except that I was never told exactly what to teach them! When I ask the teacher I work for she just tells me that I'm smart and she's sure I'm doing the right stuff. I'm the only person that teaches them and I'm just a teacher assistant! I just feel that I should be given some sort of guidelines to go by. Gotta try to work this out this week.

So after saying all that, food has not been the best the past few days. I am definitely a stress eater. I have a few goals for this week. I'm going to stay on track with my calories, drink at least 64 oz of water a day, go to bed at 10 every night, and exercise 3 days this week for 30 minutes each.

I'm feeling good today. I'm getting more comfortable with my smaller body. It's funny that the clothes I purchased at the beginning of the summer looked small when I got them and now they look big. They are even fitting big. I have a lot of size 12 clothes in my closet now. Which means I really have to stay on task so I can wear them during the holidays. It's some cute stuff and it was all given to me. Amazingly I have been very on plan with my eating. My workouts leave a lot to be desired but that has a lot to do with my husband's schedule. I never know when he's going to call to say come pick him up and I don't want to be in the middle of my workout and have to stop but I guess I will have to suck it up now because it's been three days since I did anything. So I will be on the treadmill after I cook dinner tonight.

Whoa! I know I made a post on here yesterday and it can't be found. Maybe I didn't hit submit. That sounds like something I'd do (or not do in this case). :(

Well, I'm down 1.5 pounds for the week (Wednesdays are my offical weigh in day). Not too shabby considering Auntie Flo decided to make her visit 2 weeks early today (gotta love that perimenopause...never know when TOM is coming :mad:). So I hope to have a better loss next week.

How is everyone else doing? Been sort of quiet here lately.

I'm trying not to let the weather sway me from healthy eating but it's so hard to eat chicken and tomatoes when it's cold, wet and windy outside. I want chili and baked potatoes and warm stuff. It's also been raining every darn day since I bought a new bike so I haven't been able to test ride it, and I'm supposed to go riding on Saturday with friends from work so that sucks. However, the gym isn't affected by the cruddy weather so I can still hit that five days a week, thank goodness!

Hey ladies!

I'm down again, last time I weighed I was 75kg (165.3 pounds), this morning I was below 74.5(164.2 pounds) but slightly above 74 (163.1 pounds) , so I'm going with 74.3 (163.8 pounds) , and will weigh on the Wii Fit tomorrow.

On plan with food if not a little low for a couple of the days this week. Had a meal out last night which I planned out and estimated (on the higher end) calories for before I went out. Even included 2 drinks. It was a nice night and I am so glad I managed to resist cigarettes and more drinks and even opted to go home earlier!

Did Zumba on Tuesday, I really enjoyed it! Today I am getting back into my painting studio after about 3 months hiatus. I miss it but I'm scared I still don't have the inspiration - better find some soon, I got asked to be part of an exhibition on the 3rd of December!

I'm gaining weight like crazy from all the candy & junk food in this house, if i know it's here I can't leave my hands off of it, it's October, my favorite holiday is coming up soon. The past two days, my calories have been crazy. Today, the scale scared me when I saw 112.3lbs. I've gained 5.5 lbs so far, I hope this is it now. Today i am back on track( 1215 cal.) , no junk food, just good nutritious whole food. My husband is gaining too, so he decided to start eating all whole foods also. He said he sees a big difference in how he feels when he eats better. So, most of the candy went in the trash, he took the rest of the pumpkin bread to work, there's not much here anymore. Just candy i use to decorate my baked goods. I used to bake the fattening stuff for them and not touch it, until yesterday, I gave in. So, it's only my healthy recipes from now on for all of us!

Well, tomorrow morning will be weigh in since I am flying out for my long weekend with family tomorrow afternoon. Been OK on calories this week (between 1400-1600), but not always making the healthiest choices. Caved in to some cookies on conference night last night. They were still within my calories, but being in the building for 12 hours is a killer for temptations!

My exercise has definitely NOT been up to par this week. I did exercise Monday, didn't exercise Tuesday (my long day) and have been busy running around getting stuff ready for my trip tonight, so again, no exercise. I'm sure my slacking will reflect on the scale tomorrow! I really need to try to work in some walks or something on my trip and need to stay as much OP as possible, especially with my b-day and halloween party coming up next week!

Ok..need to try to be positive now. Sorry for the rant! I'm just so close to onederland, and I know I'll make it soon...but I HATE not making a challenge goal on time!

Good evening everyone! Had a good workout today and i'm a little sore tonight. But its feels so good to spend 2 1/2 at the gym. I did the tradmill, some ethitel machines and the pool. arobics and swimming. I wore a size 22 swimsuit today so now the goal is to get in my last swimsuit which is a 20 untill next spring when they come back out on the shelfs. Everyone have a good day tomorrow. Going to the gym early tomorrow because a group of ladys from the gym will be going to Jason's Deili for lunch, and i'm going to get me a turkey wrap which is only 359 cal. according to the menu. Good night until tomorrow night. :wave::dust:

Good morning ladies...

I'm down a pound this week. Considering that I've been slacking with my exercise and not always eating the healthiest things, I guess I should be happy it's still going in the right direction! 4 more lbs to go...I WILL get there, even if it's a little late :)

Well, I have to drive to Minneapolis to catch my flight this afternoon, so I should get going. I won't have a computer this weekend, but I will try to check in on my phone. Need to stay focused and accountable during my trip and this is the best place for me to do that! You guys are so awesome :)

Hello ladies!!
I've been really tired lately. Not sure why maybe it's my cycle...it's almost over. I've had a headache for two days which is why I haven't been on the treadmill. Seems like I'm not getting enough sleep lately. I've been eating pretty good so what is the problem? My daughter is not feeling well...she's got a cold and I don't like seeing her sick. I need the weekend to come quickly and move slowly.

We were invited to a tailgating party for Sunday...$20/person all you can eat and drink...is that really worth it? NOPE. If I tell my husband it's not going to be worth it and we should stay home he is not going to like it. I feel really sluggish right now.
