OK still gotta be quick~I am so busy cause my kids are on a sugar high running me ragged all weekend from Candy LOL!~I will start the new challenge tomorrow~will post the shortcut to it here OR look for it under calories counters threads.~HUGS TO U ALL!!!

Amelia~Maintaining is awesome too~U look fabulous by the way & have lost 108 Pounds ~THATS AMAZING ~PROUD OF U!

Proud of everyone even if u did bad~we got the next challenge to make up for it! TTYL ~my kids are being so demanding & I gotta eat my lunch then change my ticker~got a new weight again today! WOOHOOO! (the hubby with his 5 days of exercise a week only sugesstion Was right cause it is working for me~Inches are going quicker too) TTYL LOTS OF HUGS!

OH & I got my daughter several clothes & jewelry yesterday for X-mas~So I did good!(So far they have a Brand new black wii with 4 new games(I kinda wanted this & me & the hubby tried it out & I love it It is so fun!)~ Ds games,clothes,ps2 games, Including 5 different rock band games with the drums & mics & guitars & stuff & MORE Ps2 games) & Some shoes~jewelry & A comforter set on the way ~Buying for 3 is hard ,expensive, & so dang fun! I love Christmas But hate the expense.

LORI.....OMGOSH girl, you are so inspiring! WHERE do you get your drive to stay on plan? I notice your always positive...i don't think i have ever seen a negative comment come out of your mouth...again, so inspiring. You inspire me to be a better person:hug: seriously! and WTG on your weight, you deserve that new low # with all your hard work! And your SOOOOO far ahead on the xmax shopping. WTG on that too...

ok..just skipping by. I just finished a kickbox workout and it kicked my blah mood so im off to the shower then to fix some lunch. I will be back tomorrow morning to start a fresh new challenge with everyone:)

rainbowstripe ~ Congratulations on meeting goal!!

Northern~ you'll get back on track. I don't think most people would handle things as well as you do with your travel schedule

memoree ~ I'm sorry your back is troubling you. You may see something since it's supposed to be 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Hang in there!

fruitlady ~ I think you may be on to something with the self regulation theory. You may need to pick a weight that you just will not go over and work on the balance for that. And remember, you are running again, your muscles are probably retaining water.

bigmama ~ congrats! I love that feeling when you put on something that didn't fit before. It's great to see results like that for you!

Lori ~ woot on the ticker change! And Christmas shopping… yikes! I just need to get through Thanksgiving first!

As for me ~
My goals ~
see the mid 160's (163-167) ~ I'm at 164.9 now (challenge start was 171.6)
log all calories (been lax about this) ~ I had one bad day where I guessed at things instead of being accurate, but even then I still plugged my guesses into my software!!

I'm really excited!! I think I'll continue to use the range thing for the next challenge. It's more realistic for me, and it helps with the mental part that it's not about the number on the scale, it's about progress and how my clothes are fitting, the number is a just guideline.

Can't wait to hear how everyone else is doing. Thanks for all the support :hug:

Happy Halloween!

So I don't think I'm going to bother with a final WI tomorrow. Let's just say I overindulged in food and drink (especially drink) at our Halloween party last night! Would rather just leave my ticker where it is instead of having to post a gain tomorrow, lol. So 2.5 lbs lost this challenge. Not bad, I guess!

So ready to jump into the next one! My schedule should be much more normal, so I'm excited about getting to my onderland goal!

So far, no Halloween candy has struck and as I'm not going out tonight - and I don't have any candy to give out - I feel safe in saying I'm safe! :) Didn't make my 5lb goal for this challenge BUT I did lose weight and I did stay on track and I feel good about it. I will be signing up for the next challenge for sure - holidays are never easy and while I don't do a lot of big family gatherings, I have a couple of events coming up that I need to be prepared for and stay on plan.

Amelia~U always make me smile ~what a great friend u are even when your Crabby (like Mr. Crabs)~ARGGG~LMBO! Ok anyways ~I know I am lame! so....I am glad u got some kick boxing in hopefully not on any people ~LOL! Glad your outta your blah mood~& I try to stay positive but it aint always easy~I got a family (the ones I grew up with that drive me freaking To being worse than a pirate Or a sailor LOL~I could cuss them out all day But I choose to TRY to ignore them~There not worth my days being ruined.~MY "TOM" Is on it's way so I may be cranky soon BEWARE I WARNED YA! LOL! Oh & to answer your question My drive to stay on plan comes from years~Of my family(again the ones I grew up with~picking at me & telling me I was nothing,ugly,fat,poor,Never amount to nothing, ect.~All because they was idiots LOL ~No because my hubby had a drinking prob & is an alcoholic But Has been sober almost 2 years NOW ~IN THERE FACE & YIPPIE!) Anyways~Anything to show them I am & always was better than they ever said I was or would be~(in Other words child hood & adult trauma made me crazy LMBO & j/k~i think I am j/k anyways ~LOL!)

EVERYONE ELSE~GOODJOBS ON YOUR SUCESSES & GOOD TRYS ON THE ONES U DIDN'T QUITE MAKE.


Anyways went to bed at 9 p.m. & now I am back up at 1 a.m.~UGH~So this is the perfect chance for me to go get the new challenge started so not complaining making due with my crazy sleep pattern from prozac.(LOL)! LOVE Y'ALL

Well its my time of the month so I usually avoid the scale at this time but since this was the official last day I thought I'd do it anyway. Well I'm up nearly 2 lbs. I am hoping it is all just water but I did have pizza and a little bit of candy :P I'm going to use last week's weigh in as my last weigh in and hope that once AF leaves my weight will go back down. If it doesn't I will adjust my ticker accordingly. :P

I so did not meet my goal. I wanted to be near a size 12 but nope. I have a pair of 12s that I can put on and zip but they are a yeast infection waiting ot happen. :mad:

Good morning challengers!

Well, I did not make it to my goal of being under 170 by today, but I did fit comfortably in my size 12 Lucky Brand jeans, so I'm happy with that.

Congratulations to all, even if you didn't reach goal. I'm sure you came close and did the best you could.

Onwards to the Thanksgiving challenge!!!

Yea, I gained and lost the same 2 lbs. and I know what I need to do: stick with my exercise and get my eating in check. So I'm not all that discouraged, just glad I saw something through and ready to challenge the next, well...challenge. BRING IT ON!
