(SISTER N LAW WAS WITH MAN OR SOMETHING BESIDES HER HUBBY & IS SAFE I HAVE BEEN TOLD!~STILL LONG STORY~ Her hubby a truck driver has no clue still~UGH poor guy) Anyways thanks for your prayers!

I am off to post my story & pics under goal section ~although I plan to lose a little more while toning up Today is one of the happiest days of my life! 19 months & 2 weeks GOAL IS ACCOMPLISHED! WOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO! HUGS to all!

Oh Lori...im so excited for you! CONGRATULATIONS GIRL! Im so proud of you:hug: Im really digging the ghost busters shirt too! Too Cool! So what kind of toning are you going to start doing? Im all about the weight lifting;) i think i like it better than cardio :D

Hello to everyone!!! Nice jobs on your workouts and calories counting girls!!!

So, to make a very long story short..today was a crappy day. Had car trouble & MIL trouble BUT it will end at a happy note because im STILL ON PLAN:D:D:D yep, no running to a pizza slice this time around:p I even got my workout in after pouting all day about the car ( i was stuck on the side of the road with car trouble & two complaining kids for about a hour today in 95 degree weather,ugh)

So.......later gators

Lori- Congrads, you look great!

I lost more water weight, I have 1 lb. to go for the challenge. I'll get there and blow it again, I know it. I had 1280 cal. today, but I'm still hungry. I have been busy running around all day, my daughter had an end of school year picnic, I've been cleaning up doing dishes and cooking for all these kids. I didn't sit once all day, my knees are killing me, I think I burned lots of calories!

Well I have been doing crunches/situps for the tummy
& scissors ~laying on my sides and lifting legs. then turning to the other side.As I call them for my upper inner legs And leg lifts & bends for my back upper legs.~& lifting a spaghetti jar(yes I know I am wimpy LOL) For the Arms ~there a bit saggy at top~But My belly & upper legs are my Areas I wanna badly tone up.~Any suggestions would be great! Overall though I don't look to horrible naked Just wanna tone up a bit to look Like I work out somewhat at least LOL!~The walking I will continue~I am addicted to it of course!

Congrats Lori! You look absolutely fantastic. Must feel so nice to be at goal weight!!!! You are such and inspiration. :carrot::carrot::carrot: Glad to hear your sister in law is safe as well.

Fruitlady- So close to your goal! I'm sure you'll make it- and no negativity! You WON'T blow it! :carrot:

Misspriss- Excellent! I know I'm prone to indulging on rough days. The other night I had a cupcake after I got home late...ugh, ruined my plan, haha. Good for you for NOT doing that!

Shylah- Sounds interesting. One of my ladies at work eats Activia light and today she had key lime...looked so good! I just can't fathom the variety of flavors out there today! I stick to my Chobani though- I never really liked the taste of traditional yogurt- all greek for me!

Jiggle- Glad you're feeling great! Hope your date night went well.

Love- I don't know where I'd be without the challenges! It's nice to have the support no matter what- and the inspiration is a definite plus. Whenever I'm about to binge or make an unwise decision, I hop on here.

So, I feel wonderful this morning. Just got my cardio sculpt workout done and am enjoying my morning cup of joe. Unfortunately, the scale seems to be stuck at 135- but I knew I had a bad week what with some food decisions plus my TOM. Today's the last day of that, so hopefully the water weight will woosh away. I drank a ton of water yesterday and plan on doing the same today. I did well on plan- I did have a chicken barbecue dinner but was careful about portions. We had a celebratory carrot cake as well for my assistant manager as she leaves us for a new job. I only had a *tiny* sliver.

It's tough at work because the girl's are always razzing me for my "diet"- and that always makes me want to break down and be "normal". But, in the end, I know I'M the one getting the results and not them. I'm doing this to make me happy and healthy, and I shouldn't let their negativity get in my way. I have another co-worker who is also losing weight, so at least I have her support. I just have to keep reminding myself of that.

I hope to eat very lightly today- I think I'll bring a salad to work and put some leftover chicken in it. We're making tuna noodle casserole for dinner- not something I'd like to eat, haha. So I'll have to improvise for that.

Okay, here's my cheer for WILLPOWER! :carrot:

Oh man, scissors are evil..those hurt like heck but WORK!!! Sounds like you've got a nice toning plan. If you happen to come across someresistant bands while shopping, those are great for toning as well. Most of them come with instructions and 'how to' pics on workouts. The walking is going to tone up your legs...lunges/squats are great for them too. Oh and yoga is GREAT for toning all area's of the body. I started yoga about three months ago and notice results almost immediately with it.(sorry if this is too much advice, dont want to sound preachy or anything,lol, i just LOVE working out and get excited talking about it,LOL)

As for me...im still up 1lb before my mental snap on wednesday night, maybe the scale will be kind to me tomorrow and show some kind of loss. Either way, im not going to stress over it. As long as i stay on plan and workout...results will come. I can look in the mirror and see results almost every morning:D (but something about that # on the scale is so encouraging to keep going...)

Today is a Cardio (boring) think i will do a run interval on the treadmill when DH wakes...

Misspriss(amelia)~U preacher u~LOL Just kidding~No I am honeslty happy for the ideas~& The yoga my hubby wanted to try to see if it would help his RA(rheumatoid arthritis) So thats a definete maybe ~the resistance bands ~gotta look them up never thought about them before~But great idea!
Hope the scale does u good next time u weigh in~P.s. I have mental snaps daily LOL!~Speaking of those~I go to the lung doc Monday to confirm if thats a fact LOL~Its so weird to hope I am just a person who has an anxiety disorder rather than have ashtma or emphysema or any worse things...But as u can tell the meds are helping me alot.Not perfectly but pretty darn good.Which is cool just I feel a little crazy thinking I have breathing probs if I truly don't.~That & the better weather~Summer rocks Other than the muggy days we have had~but they don't last forever~I gotta post some pics of my flowers soon ~THEY ARE BLOOMING OUT BEAUTIFULLY NOW!


Off to exercise ~then back on for some FB tonight to Play Family Feud~my 12 year plays it with me ~thank God for some of his help~He is really good at it! I may let him make his on FB Account aint made up my mind yet.

p.s. ~(I think)I hit my goal on the 1 year anniversary of the death of Farrah fawcet & Michael jackson ~SO Creepy to me~But I loved them both~Farrah was beautiful & Micheal was cool Even though he was kinda creepy when I watched a concert of his on tv It gave me goosebumps~He was amazing in it!
He could sure put on a show & sing great live & dance like a dream!
But on a good note it was also the birthday of one of my friends little girls she turned 9! So that is kinda cool.

Hello everyone, Hope everyone is doing great. I had 1205 cal. today, I'm not too hungry since it's so hot here, but I love fruit so much, I had to indulge since today is my fruit shopping day. I do it every Saturday, then come home and eat some while I'm putting it all away in the fridge. I enjoy that! Now I have to cut up a huge watermelon, I'm sure I'll have some even though I'm full. My weight went up 1.4 lbs this morning when I weighed myself. Not sure why, I didn't over eat, but I did raise my calorie limit by 100 cal a day for the past 4 days. Maybe it's too much for me, I have been trying 1250 to 1300 cal. That's what happens when your experimenting with calories I guess.

Morning

Im kinda feeling like this :mad: this morning. The scale is up .8 this morning..
.ARG,...ARG,ARG,ARG! 176.4 to be exact:mad: That darn thing is driving me batty:dizzy:. I thought for sure i would be down this morning, so frustrating. Im still proud of myself for not going off the plan the past few days...

I going to stick to my lowest weight of the week (wednesday) and it was 175.6 so thats still a lose for the week, hehehe

anyhoot, today i will do a circuit type workout. My mom is suppose to take the kids for the night and let them sleep over..will see, it would be nice to have the night to ourselves(DH is off tonight).

Lori-Can't wait to see your flowers beds! I've got some canas lilies that are growing beautifully but haven't bloomed yet, i will post a pic of my butterfly tree though, its pretty but in an odd place on the side of my yard? Not sure what the previous owners were thinking..

fruitlady-i just chopped up a very sweet watermelon yesterday, man...just love this time of year. Last weekend we bought some nectarines and OMG..so sweet! Im getting sick of strawberries though(did I just say that?:o)

Good Morning Ladies,
Yesterday was a ROUGH day. I was so tired from Date Night. We had a great time and didn't get home until about 3:30am. I had to get up early to get our daughter early, come home get her and me ready to run errands. I was sooooooooo tired. We finally got out and it took about three hours to get groceries and stuff. We got home and took a nap...well I went to sleep for about five hours. Got up cleaned the house. Still doing laundry today though. The date was sooo worth being tired.

Lori - :congrat:I'm really happy for you. GOAL!!! Glad you heard from your sister in law and she's fine...so to speak.
Misspriss - Sometimes I think about weighing myself and then I read posts like yours and am glad I don't because I would have a fit. Lately measuring has been giving me fits though.
Fruitlady - I bought a watermelon yesterday and I'm bout to cut it up...I LOVE fresh fruit especially in the summer.

I took a rest day yesterday so I will be getting a good workout in today. I did eat on plan yesterday as well as I didn't drink while we were on our date nor did I eat over my calorie limit...so proud of myself.

:cheer2::cheer3::cheer3::cheer3::cheer3::cheer2:On e week left and we are going to have some good reports. I'm looking forward to seeing how close I am to better fitting into the small 14 I tried on Monday.

Let's push through this last week...NO CHEATING!!

Hello all! I went way over my calorie limit today, but I didn't really over eat, that's weird. I had 1930, about 700 cal. over. I was craving chocolate, so I had some. I'm sure you all know how quick that adds up! I'm only a pound away from goal and I'll probably gain now!

Good Morning

Today is a rest day, im looking forward to it. I plan on cleaning both bathrooms and doing laundry, i have laundry coming out of my ears.

Our quiet time last night was great. We watched a few movies and both funny. We watched "My Best Friends Girl" then "She's out of my League" Both very funny!!! DH wanted to go out to dinner but i didn't want to be around bad food at my sensitive state:o we did go to Arbys and there jr roast beefs are only 200 calories, so good too:D

Anyone else getting Norton warnings? 28 threats..i read a post about it and i believe it has something to do with the diet blogs here.

Fruitlady- There's always room for some chocolate! I'm sure you'll be fine- you're always so disciplined.

Lori- I know! I can't believe I'm 135. Truthfully, I look in the mirror and feel like I've got such a long ways to go, even though I'm so close! It'll take a while for me to feel "normal", I suspect. I'm bad at the whole expecting big changes in short periods of time thing...have to be patient with myself and proud of what I've accomplished. I wonder how off my body image is. And thank you!


I need to ramp it up this week, for sure. I have about 3 pounds to get to my challenge goal- but I'm not going to really adjust my plan. Just staying away from sweets! I've been bad about that lately. Last night I had a delicious apple sauce spice cake and that will be my last treat before the final weigh in. That's my weakness- I always sneak something in!

I haven't done my exercise yet today, but I plan on getting out to the gardens after this. I think I'll do a couple of miles on the treadmill tonight along with a DVD. I didn't exercise yesterday either because I had a long day at work- but I tried to stay busy and active.

We're in the home stretch! We've got it covered!
