Hi Everyone! I finally got back in as well after a couple days. It's been a crazy week...a bit of a blur. I rested my knee most of the week and it's feeling a lot better, almost back to normal. I did get in an upper body workout yesterday. Today has been non-stop busy and I decided to give cardio a rest for one more day. Tomorrow I have a bike date in the morning.

Despite the lack of exercise last week I'm happy to report that food was great and I was down 2.4 pounds for the week!

I have to put the lil fellas to bed and have a bit of a "to-do" list to complete tonight. I'll catch up more with ya'll later!

Hey everyone. Well I got in a good workout yesterday, food was also great yesterday. Unfortunately, I must have had bad form on one of the exercises yesterday because my back has been KILLING me today. I skipped working out today to let it rest, and used a heat massager which helped a little. Food wasn't too bad today till about an hour ago. I had toast for breakfast and subway oven roasted chicken sandwich for lunch..but then had 2 servings of Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream, that's 520 calories!! I'm only down 0.6 so far for the week so I definitely need to get in a good workout tomorrow because TOM is coming sometime within the next few days, and with that usually comes a little bit of extra weight. Hopefully my back will feel better tomorrow so that I can at least go out on the track and walk.

Well, Thanksgiving is almost here...so I am going to pick a really simple goal.
2lbs.

I plan on using soups, hot cocoa to fill my need to nosh...veggies alone just don't do it. Soup is really filling and hot cocoa works better than anything.

I'm doing a couple days worth of 1200 ish calories..then I will go back up to the 1600 I was doing.

Awesome hair pics Lori. hehehehe! I so remember the hairspray/blow dryer trick to get those bangs up too.

Jen, that sounds like a good plan to me! I need to get another big soup made up for myself. I am the only one who eats it so I chip away at it for a few days. mmmm!

Today weight was 181.2...im down 2.8 for the week, HOLY CRAPOLA!!! Im SO EXCITED about my wieghtloss. ...its been so long since ive lost consistenly like this. Ok...just babbling,thanks for listening

Misspriss- congrats on the loss this week. so happy for you.

I've really missed everyone for the past week or so. I've been busy and then when I wasn't busy, I couldn't log in to the website.

Anyways, stopping in because I lost another 6lbs this week! WOOHOO!

I also hiked a HUGE, and I do mean HUGE mountain yesterday.

Looks like my new years goal might actually happen. Yippy!

Oh, and I've been dating a great Korean man here for the past 2 weeks and that is going really well. So I am overall, happy in all things going on in my life right now.

Hope everyone else is doing great.

As far as me I Was wearing a little pleated skirt today to try to impress the hubby(Which worked LOL) Anyways he snapped a pic of me and I posted it under 89 pounds lost under mini photo goals on here. I looked normal for once!!! I didn't think I looked over weight in it.....And Ever other pic I always think that....My BMI Says 20 pounds to go to be normal~but I am normal now!!LOL regardless of what that says.....I FELT FABULOUS!
Anyways still going after my goal but having a super day & feeling Kinda cute & I never feel cute.

WOW everyone is doing amazing. This is a great group to be a part of.

SUPER Congrats to KDM, MissPriss, Shan84 and Lori. You all had great losses this week. I am so excited for all of you!

For me, I am down 3lbs since the start of the challenge and have 4.5 more to go to meet my goal. I can't believe Thanksgiving is like 10 days away. This month is flying by. But I am excited to be here and I look forward to see how well I do as we count down.

It so good to see everyone doing so well with their challenges! I hope we all reach a our goals! I am half way to meeting Challenge goal which was to lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving. As of today I have lost 2.5 pounds since starting the challenge last week!

Mark me down for 4lbs lost since last Monday (my official weigh in day)...The scale read 191 today WOOOOHOOOO!! I was upset last Monday because I hadn't lost & was exercising like crazy...well I kept up the crazy exercising this past week and it paid off!! I might actually reach my Thankgiving goal of 189....speaking of that number, that's the lowest EVER in my adult life...I was 189 in August of 2006 after doing WW for 6-8months...I can't wait to be in the 180's!!!

Congrats to all you losers out there! And for those of you who didn't lose, well don't get discouraged!!! I did and it was all for nothing!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

My day....Spent the day with the hubby(I SO ADORE THE MAN!)
Anyways, He is Sooooooooo super to me. We have been married for going on 17 years(will be 17 in febuary) Anyways....We have had our ups & downs But right now were on an ultimate stage of our marriage.
(Until "TOM" Next month again ~HAHAHA) just kidding Anyways, Just had a sweet day with him....He is sooooooooo good looking to me and I finally feel I am giving him a wife that is decent looking enough to be his...If That makes since ~although he swears he likes me big or smaller.
I know I am being mushy~LOL~I will stop.

As far as weight I am on the up and down moment again before a swoosh.
Anywhere from 171.8 to 170.8 ~SO i hope I get to my goal of anything in the 160's For this challenge....I Am trying like crazy!

I have done 20 miles on the bike in the last 2 days.I feel good.I think that I am going to make my thanksgiving goal or be really close.
