I do apologize, ladies, but I totally forgot what challenges I entered! lol

I've been lurking, and I will read more soon (I'm at work), but wanted to share that I've reached my goal a week and two days early! Yay!!! I weighed in this morning at 219, and my goal was to be under 220 by Thanksgiving! woot woot! I'm excited! Keep going, ladies! I'll respond to your posts soon-when I get the opportunity. I was just drifting through and noticed that I had totally signed up for the challenge. Duh Me! lol

Well my weigh in is a little late this week. I normally have an official weigh in on Mondays but I had to stay at my boyfriend's house Sunday night so that I can babysit his sister's baby Monday (his sister had her gallbladder removed). So my official weigh in is today, and no suprise here, it stayed the same (175). I'm actually surprised I didn't gain. I didn't do to great with keeping track of calories toward the end of last week, and TOM should be coming tonight or tomorrow. I haven't been feeling good since last night, but I'm still gonna try to get some kind of exercising in. Hopefully they'll be a good loss next week

My goal this season is to reach 320 lbs by New Year, despite all the holidays. I lost 6 lbs this last week, and I have 18 to go!

Hey Ladies!

Its TOM and I'm afraid I haven't lost a single pound this challenge. I'm still tracking everything and my cals have been more in the 1500-1700 range with no exercise. That means maintenance for me I suppose.

Hopefully I can keep trucking and see some loss soon.

~I am having problems with the site still so I will keep this short..........EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE DOING GREAT~OR AT LEAST TRYING VERY HARD!! I AM VERY PROUD OF EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have dial up and it took me 10 minutews to get a page to come up on here and I couldn't get one to come up at all yesterday~But normally it takes about 45 seconds or so......SO Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Off to myspace........To try to upload some more photos on there.

P.S. I am still on an up & down time with the scale....I am on plan But seeing 173 to 171 I wanna see my 170 again then 160's!
LOL~I WILL TYPE AGAIN SOON. I hope the site is running better next time~sorry I am keeping this short.

I'm starting these goals a little late, but I have a couple I'd like to reach by/on Thanksgiving:

I'd like to be at 205 lbs or under

I'd like to have not missed 1 day or any part of my exercise schedule between now and Thanksgiving day

I bet you all will do great with your goals... looks like everyone is on track, so far so good

I'd like to stay within my calorie limit this Thanksgiving day! SOOO HARD

just checking in...the last two days i took rest days from my workouts and it felt great. I caught up on laundry and some house chores and now im ready to tackle some step aerobics and shoulders,core and calves today.

Hi everyone,

It is great to see so many people having success with the challenge. Last week I thought for sure when I weighed in at 1 lb away from my goal that I would reach it by Thanksgiving, however, this week I didn't lose any. Still, I have a whole week to go, and so it would be a real boost to make it to my challenge goal. We'll see.

MissPriss, you have been doing so great. You really have the right attitude--what I mean is that you are very pro-active about reaching your goal. I think success is in your future.

Lori, I checked out your new pics. You look amazing! What a difference a year makes!

Hey Gang....Just checking in before the weekend.

Everyone is doing such a great job with goals and staying positive. I think that makes a major difference. Even when you don't see the results right away, you are confident enough to know that they are coming.

I am down to 217.0 this morning, so I have 3 more lbs to go to meet my goal. It seems a bit much to do in a week, but I am going to give it my all. I will definitely feel proud of whatever I can do by then. It's all about the motivation.

I am still trying to break into those 160's ~I AM on plan but having an up/down week on the scale...& an allergic reaction hasn't helped at all~I always swell up for a few days When I have them. But I am hoping to get the swoosh I Deserve Soon....COME ON 160's!
