I need to plan meals and hit the store and I am drawing a complete blank. I was loving the hearty soup meals but I'm getting tired of the kids poo pooing my soups.
I'm thinking stirfry and healthy muffins...and smoothies. But I dunno.

The last two days ive been slacking with my workouts(hurt my shoulder,been taking it easy) but i plan on getting in some good ones for the next four days. today is a step aerobics workout then a leg weight training workout.

I am down 4 lbs from Monday. Woot! All water I am sure, 3 nights of night sweats evidently did the trick. My water intake has been lacking and the exercise was nil due to weather related pain... and I hate doing it. Bad, huh. And my calories were lower than I meant them to be, but today is market day and I will be able to get all the fresh stuff I've wanted all week.
Lori- You are truly an inspiration and through you, so is your husband. I've only read a few of your posts here in the challenge but they make me smile and I loved reading a little about your marriage history. Nice to hear a "in for the long haul" story. My parents are still together, too. Another Through thick and thin story. Me? I'm on my second husband but this one is a good one! lol And congrats to your hubby on his first year sober. Kicking a "habit" like that is a true feat.

Lori, it is awesome what you have been able to achieve. You and your husband have a lot to be proud of! So many start and don't keep going, so a year of healthy choices is to be celebrated.
I am pleased to report that I lost 2 lbs this week. After several weeks going back and forth around the same number, I feel relieved that the scales actually moved to a new low. I was beginning to question whether I could do this, because I knew my calories were as low as I could tolerate. So I'm thankful for good results this week.

HOLY COW!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! I'm down to 192.6...my digital scale arrived yesterday afternoon and this morning it said 192.6...YAY! And no it's not the scale, because I didn't believe it at first and weighed myself on the old analog...it said 192-193...SOOO...I'm only 3.6 from my goal of 189!!!!! I totally freaked when I hadn't lost anything on Monday after working so hard last week...but now I'm down 2.4 from then....ok, I'm just babbling, so I'll shut up! lol
didn't exercise today, but did some house work, so I guess that's better than just sitting around! lol Hope everyone is having a good week! Keep up the good work everyone!!
Today has been a wicked bad day food wise.....I just can't stop eating!!!! And it's not like I'm eating out of boredom either. I felt as if my stomach could eat itself all day long. I'm in the middle of TOM right now, so I am chalking it up to that...but still frustrating!!! But I did make sure to work out a bit extra at the gym this afternoon since I knew how much crap I had already eaten up until that point and I still had several hours of food eating time left! haha
Well after a sauteed veggie and egg brunch, a banana/spinach smoothie snack and a ridiculously huge salad for dinner I think I am all veggied out for today.
Thankfully I have a dill/cottage cheese bread dough rising and should be ready to bake soon. I hope its as good as it sounds to me.

As for me I have a new low.......170.8 ( So I am almost to my thanksgiving goal of being into the 160's so Hopefully I make it~LOL)
I have lost 89 Pounds now 11 more will make 100! Its so hard to believe sometimes. HUGS EVERYONE!!!
