Weekend, YAYYYYYYY! Although, My husband works Saturdays so not really for me. Im just happy he has the next 2 days off, 1 paid, due to Memorial Day!

Prinny - I am SO sorry to have skipped over you in my big personals post CONGRATS on another penguin! Im glad you found something thats working SO great for you, & if you bling out the case, I totally want to see also! You'll be that super hottie in your corsets in NO time now girl!

Miss Loud - Ha, the Kiwi avatar, I get it, I get it! (I usually dont get it) I hope you have an excellent weekend shopping, and buy something to flatter your hotter bod. You must be so excited for your wedding. I remember how stressful ours was (& I was pregnant) but by the end of the wedding night, I was SO glad to be over. I actually want my body fat measured by those caliper things when I hit my end goal weight of 145 (not my original goal weight of 155) Im not sure why though.

Beach - Im sorry on the gain Could it be water weight? However, thank GOODNESS for Leo's clean bill of health though, and HOORAY for your leg feeling a bit better! Im so happy you got to go on the bike for a bit. Maybe by working it out, it'll actually help heal it? You know how they say to try & walk on a sprain. Either way, Im so happy for you!

Retire - Wow! You've been as busy as ever! How in the world do you make all that but not EAT it? I think that would be really tough for me. Anyhow, what an awesome Mom/MIL you are to help so much with the wedding

Shannon - Mmmmmmm California Pizza Kitchen BBQ Chicken Pizza. Jeez. Occasionally I miss that kind of stuff so flippin bad (like right now) Bad girl for having 2 high cal girly drinks, but I AM glad you had a good girls night. Those are always needed and a big emotional chill. Prior to starting my plan, I used to drink Caribou Lous (151, Malibu, Pineapple juice) or Bay Breeze (Malibu, OJ, Cranberry & grenadine) but those were way too much sugar. Now (I havent had ANY fruit juice since the day I started this) if I go out for a drink, Ill have 1 Miller 64, 1 bacarrdi & diet, or 1 Corona Light. I dont drink half as much as before, but that could be because ALL (& I mean ALL) of my close friends are pregnant. :/
Here at home I workout via Cox Cable On Demand. They have an Exercise TV channel with SO many different workouts, that change every month. I love all Jillian Michaels workouts, and the classic Biggest Loser ones as well. Im also now REALLY into pilates. It doesnt feel like you do much, until the next day.
That group still sounds good! Im going to check it out! BTW, I dont consider hash illicit

I didnt W-I yesterday. I had a blah, lazy day for some reason. This morning I DID W-I and Im up a freakin pound. I am upset about it, however, Im taking a vow. NO late night "munchies" until my goal weight of 155. Im done.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! We will be spending both days as a family

Happy weekend everyone. I have hubby for 9 days, he felt like taking a week off to work on the house. Should be um....interesting. Got my speed up on the treadmill today, was great! We are setting up our pool today so Im getting a bit more of a workout with that too. Husband took some before pictures of me today, talk about motivation!

Nonnahs-grill is awesome used it four times already. Making healthy corndogs on it right now. Sometimes I am glad I dont drink lol, sneaky calories. DH requested pizza for this week, so I will have to find a way to healthify our regular pizza.

Retired- Too much baking, that would drive me mad, especially not sneaking.

Prinny- Yeah for another penguin!!

I was out and about with my DH and a friend and we totally had Thai. Luckily TDP had the exact thing I ordered and I only ate half of it to be safe. I am 300 calories over for the day but due to working out and running around I am 400 calories over goal for exercise to. I LOVE this doohickey. If I didn't have it I'd be all freaking out about the Thai.

Damn boys and their HUGE freaking calorie allotments insisting on yummy food. *raises fist in exasperation*

Yeah if I get the case blinged out I'll post a picture. I think I am making a slightly less loud brass case first. If that goes well I'll dig out my flatback swarovski and go to town. I can't leave anything alone, I have to customize EVERYTHING.

Good Morning Ladies

Its going to be quite Memorial Day for us,we use to go down to the towns Memorial Day celebrations[being this is a military town]but with Leo's knee and my leg don't think we will be participating with songs & flag waving this year.

W-I this morning and I gained a pound, figured that was going to happen with all the stress I was under. Going on a low carb form of diet to get this excess weight off of me for next week W-I.

Happy Memorial Day everyone!

Beach - Im sorry about your gain. Im right there with you. I like your goal for the 4th! I took part in the slimmer by summer challenge, and was doing great. However, after this gain, Im not sure Ill make my goal.

Cesbe - Enjoy your husband's vacation. I know after 2 days straight with mine, Im ready for him to go back to work tomrorow, haha!

I still have yet to get the extra pound I gained off. Dont ask me how I gained it in the first place. Ive started tracking my calories on Fitday again as of 3 days ago. Im doing between 1400-1500 per day. Do you think thats too much for where Im at right now?? I need your opinons. Ive limited myself to 1 nightly snack instead of 2-3. I also know I need to exercise more. I despise exercising, but HAVE to get back to 161

Yesterday I went shopping with my mom & little sister for graduation outfits for them. We did stop at Victoria's Secret where I was measured for new bras. I went from a 40/42 DD to a 36 C! Thats alot of "boobage" lost, but goodness my "girls" look wonderful in the 3 new bras I bought.

Today we're relaxing as a family and letting the kids run through the kiddie sprinkler attachment we bought. Tonight we're going to watch a movie after the kids go to bed.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I had a bad day Sunday. No need to get into it.

Today I am having a different kind of bad day.

As much fun as the GWF is for seeing calories burned I am this ][ close to just returning it and getting my money back because of the software on the site. It's completely useless if you don't keep a regular, normal, day-centered schedule. I just slept from 6AM to 6PM, (which is not unusual for me) and it only showed up until noon so if you don't get up before noon the sleep function of it is useless. Entering in meals is also diurnal centric B.S. It expects you to enter meals by a certian time in the day and it has 3 meals and 3 snacks and no way to enter anything that doesn't fit into their little scheme. Plus their food database is pathetic, I keep having to make custom things based on TDP. I am so angry right now. You'd think for the amount these cost and the monthly subscription fee it'd be a little more flexible... but no.

Prinny, I don't have the GWF I have the BB but my daughter has the GWF and I'm almost certain you can edit your food log so if it passes a snack you can click somewhere to edit it. I don't think I'd worry so much about where the food is entered as long as it's on the right day.

I can ask my daughter. I've looked at her software but not paid enough attention to get any more detailed. There is another thread on here too that has a lot of GWF users that can probably give you tips on the software and where/how to edit stuff.

I'm sorry you're having problems, I hope it gets better.

The meal thing is just annoying. The sleep thing I actually consider to be broken and is a problem. I know lots of people who work nights and have to sleep during the day, and often have to shift around schedules. I don't know why they would just assume everyone is on a regular diurnal schedule and make it not work for anyone else.

I know the BB and GWF are very very similar and i didn't like the food log at first but the more I use it the easier it gets. I was using WW etools before which has a lot more food in it. It doesn't make sense that it would do that. So, you either got a bad one or maybe have to change your profile when your schedule changes and you work nights???

IDK, either way like I said, I'm sorry you're having problems and hope it gets better.

I didn't see any indication of being able to change the sleep schedule thing anywhere. I also think it doesn't know how to handle people who sleep 10-12 hours a night which I have to do at least once a week or I am just completely wiped out. I am not alone in that either. I have several friends with FMS who have to sleep that much almost every night. FEH.

I contacted customer service about it. We will see what they say.

Good Morning Ladies

I'm EXERCISING again, yesterday I walked 15 mins to the the local baseball park, than back again and now early this morning I walked to the park again for another 15mins. I'm planning to walk each morning and than once my body is used to the 15 mins I'm going for additional 5 each week.

VEGAS-Thanks,Hope that my low carb plan and my being active again will get those unwanted pounds to disappear. The only way I can keep myself accountable is to have a mini goal or be in a mini challenge. Well that's just me,have to something, after a 8 week pause.

Vegas,I'm on the 1300-1700 zig zag calorie range and I found that if I lean though the 1300 I don't lose where if I lean to the 1500 or 1700 cal mark my weight went down. So maybe go up a few calories, in this game is the old trial & error. I had to keep my calories low even if I didn't want to but with this bad leg & without exercise I had too.

PRINNY-Sorry you had a bad Sunday & Monday.Hope things get better for you. Glad you have melwolf here to help you with your GWF as I don't know anything about it.

MELWOLFE-HIhope you have a nice day.

Thanks Beach you too! So far it's good. I was away all weekend but stuck to plan fairly well. I mostly drank my calories Saturday evening but I had a blast and actually lost 2 pounds when I weighed this morning. All the dancing and walking offset the little indulgences this weekend which was good.

I wasn't able to download my BB until late yesterday when we got home and I was worried but I wrote down on paper everything I'd eaten over the weekend and then transferred to online program and had over my 1000 calorie deficit so I was very very happy!

I'm glad you're doing better I've seen your posts about being injured so I'm glad it's on the mend, just be careful and don't overdo and re-injure yourself.

Oh well, sorry to write a book, just in a chatty mood I guess! LOL

Hi everyone!

Prinny - Sorry about your bad days :/ I know out here we're a 24 hour town, and MANY people work swing & grave shifts, so they'd need to change the schedule too. I hope you find out how! At least you have MelWolfe here to help a bit.

MelWolfe - Glad you had a nice weekend, fun time, and lost weight to boot! CONGRATS!

Shannon - Where are you?! Hopefully losing!!

Beach - I forgot you so Im back to edit! I am SO SO happy you're able to exercise again!! WOO HOO! Also, walking a bit, and increasing sounds like a great idea for you. Since I lost the weight I gained, Im going to stick to 1400-1500 per day (if its not broke dont fix it right?) I will always remember to eat breakfast and have only ONE nighttime snack. That should make this losing better!

Im back to 161!!!! THANK GOODNESS! I havent gained all this time, and was freaking out! I know why it happened too! I was eating ALOT at night, which in turn, stretched my stomach out to make me more hungry during the day. For 3 days Ive had only 1 evening snack, and TA DA, back to 161!! I am so happy & can now focus on losing more. Whew!

Hello all. I'm just about finished baking 214 3-inch quiche for DS's wedding. I'm not sorry to see the end of those. I've got to find some freezer space to put the last lot away.

Because of all the baking the last few days I haven't done any exercising because I've been way too tired but I'm hoping tonight I'll ride about 16-20 km on my bike while watching a bit of tv to while the time away. I've been keeping my calories at 1200-1400 so I'm doing good there.

We had snow last night!! and woke to a white ground cover this morning. I hate snow in May but we've had flurries as late as June...sigh...one day hot the next freezing. Oh well it was a good day for baking
