Whenever I have a craving for something other than plain water, I'll drink a grape flavored propel fitness water-25 cals for the entire bottle. It kind of taste like a melted snow cone to me but it's satisfying enough to block the craving of a soda or even coffee.

Also, Chicken of the Sea makes 80-90 cal Tuna Cups. Sometimes I'll take a few (usually no more than 6) reduce fat wheat thins and layer on the tuna to make small cracker sandwiches. The entire snack is about 160 cals but each of these alone are under 100 cals.
