Also a gardener here! I cannot wait to get some things going! I will eat whatever grows I tell myself! I do think I will forego okra this year as I had too much last year and too much in my tummy too!
P.s. I still vote raw almonds! LOL...I started eating them when I was 200+ daily but only 10-15. NO MORE! LOL! I think they keep me satiated and the cravings away in my opinion.
Lori, I don't want you feeling light-headed and sickly! I know that feeling. I get it just before my passing out stage. If you are dizzy or feeling like you are about to cave in (literally) you need something to keep your blood sugar up.
