Also a gardener here! I cannot wait to get some things going! I will eat whatever grows I tell myself! I do think I will forego okra this year as I had too much last year and too much in my tummy too!

P.s. I still vote raw almonds! LOL...I started eating them when I was 200+ daily but only 10-15. NO MORE! LOL! I think they keep me satiated and the cravings away in my opinion.

Lori, I don't want you feeling light-headed and sickly! I know that feeling. I get it just before my passing out stage. If you are dizzy or feeling like you are about to cave in (literally) you need something to keep your blood sugar up.

THIGHS~I Am hoping to plant a food garden possibly next year~This year it's just flowers....I live on a hill and plus have trees everywhere~And The only spot I have for a food garden I have to use this year for a trampoline And a new swingset for my littlest guy...He is 8 And I am sure the 11 year old will join in a bit too~ So My hubby Is gonna build them a nice big wood swingset and I am gonna get them a trampoline with enclosure and a teather ball set(i think thats what it's called LOL I FORGET LOL But I hope ya know what I mean) I am trying to get them to be more active with fun things.I hope it works.There great kids But need some more outside activity...instead of being indoors to the t.v and video games. Anyways~I may still put out some tomatoes though or hope too...And I have peach trees /cherry trees/& Apple trees that all produce nicely and a grapevine ....The previous owners Were big time farmers.Which is Awesome~Anyways~I guess living on the hill is good for my exercise though...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~Even going to the mailbox gets my heart pumping.I Will get the calorie thing figured out~I Am Totally determined to get this weight off & keep it off!!!!
OH Almost forgot to ask~Did you ever get your latest pics posted Since you are in the 130's NOW?If so let me know and where to find them.Talk to ya later thighs
