Well the night of eating stopped with 2 cheese burgers(no bun, just 2% cheese a ketchup and mustard) and fries, LOTS of fries. Oh well, I going to the gym tomorrow and work with the trainer.

Yesterday was a bad TOM day for me. Ate at McDonald's had a number one. Then I ate a half bag of salt and vinegar chips. Then I had some guacamole and chips at my mom's Pampered Chef party. Then I ate a bit of the food they made.

Don't even want to think about all those cals and fat grams. And at the end of the day I was dressed and ready for the gym but then started cramping so badly that I just went to bed. I'm just going to work harder when TOM is over, and I brought a pasta meal for lunch (but forgot brekkie AGAIN).

I have sugar free jello cups at all times in the house, which is ~10 calories per cup. When I have cravings, I eat 2-3 cups to feed my sweet tooth. I also grab 1 oz of nuts or blueberries for snacks.

i know the feeling! I always feel soooo hungry when it's TOM- drink extra water to get rid of the extra sodium and try and work out a little harder after TOM is over and it should all even out!

Glad to have found this thread. My TOM will probably be here in a few days. I've gained a little even though I'm staying in my calories and working out. I feel a little discouraged. I think I'll just stay away from the scale until TOM is over because if I don't I will feel very frustrated and that will not be good. I do feel kinda bloated already. *sigh* I hate TOM.

Well my TOM is here and when it's TOM I am less hungry. I guess I'm in the minority, but my appetite goes way down when it's tom for me..LOL However when I am premenstrual I am extremely fatigued. Hardcore.

I have very irregular periods (like only 3 or 4 a yr) so I am anxious to see if I gain or lose in the next few days. I know many women retain water just prior to TOM but I have been losing on schedule (down a lb yesterday ) so maybe I don't retain when it's TOM? Or maybe I'll be down another lb tomorrow.

For those who retain, so you retain before TOM and once AF comes, you lose it? Or do you have to wait until your periods over before you're back to normal?
Just curious!
