It sounds like everyone is doing great. We all have our ups and downs, but it just depends on what we do about it, that keeps us in the game. I am doing great with calories, and water intake, although water has never been a problem for me, I have always loved drinking water.
My main down fall has been my personal challenge for NY of 30 minutes of exercise 4 times a week, because I got called into work, and had to work double shifts 2 days in a row, so to make up for it I have walked 2 vigorous 10 minute walks at break time. So I figure even if I only get 20 minutes a day 6 day's a week it will equal the same amount, and if I can work in an extra 10-20 minutes them day's it will be even better.
